Windhoist UK put two new Demag wheeled mobile cranes straight to work on a wind turbine erection project in Sweden.
The AC 220-5 all terrains are the first two delivered as part of a four-unit order. Following in early 2020 will be an AC 300-6 and an AC 160-5. The 220-tonne capacity five-axle AT has a 78-metre boom. The AC 300-6 is a 300-tonne capacity six-axle model with an 80-metre boom. The five-axle AC 160-5 lifts 160 tonnes and a 68-metre boom.
