Liebherr LTM1360N

The LTM 1360N represents Liebherr’s commitment to delivering top-tier performance in a robust all-terrain configuration. This model is built on a 6-axle carrier chassis and offers full 6-wheel drive and steer capabilities, ensuring excellent maneuverability across diverse terrains. With a compact turning radius of just 11.4 meters and a road speed of up to 76 km/h, it is as agile as it is powerful.

At the heart of the LTM 1360N lies the Liebherr D9408TI-E 8-cylinder diesel engine, delivering 598 horsepower at 1,900 rpm and an impressive torque of 265 kg-m at 1,400 rpm. The engine is paired with an Allison automatic transmission offering 5 forward and 1 reverse gear, complemented by a retarder braking system for enhanced control and safety. A 600-liter fuel tank supports extended operations without interruption.

The crane’s main boom stretches from 15 to 60 meters, composed of 5 telescopic sections constructed from high-tensile steel for optimal strength and durability. It supports lifting operations up to a maximum height of approximately 59 meters when fully extended. Additionally, a fixed or offsettable jib can extend working height to around 70 meters, significantly increasing its versatility in complex lifting scenarios.

Lifting is powered by three winches, each with a 10.7-ton line pull capacity. The wire rope measures 450 mm in diameter for the main and auxiliary winches, and 640 mm for the third winch designated for jib operations. Each winch operates at speeds up to 130 meters per minute, contributing to efficient and smooth lifting cycles.

The crane is fitted with 16.00 R25 tires and employs a full hydro-pneumatic suspension system with automatic leveling, ensuring stability and comfort both on-road and off-road. Safety features are integrated throughout the crane, including the LICCON control system, which manages overload protection and displays vital operational data such as load moment, boom position, and outrigger status.

Supporting a counterweight of up to 112.5 tons, the Liebherr LTM 1360N ensures balanced operations even at its maximum lifting capacity of 360 tons at a 3.0-meter radius. This crane is well-suited for a wide range of applications including infrastructure projects, industrial plant assembly, and heavy module installations where lifting height and compact operation are critical.
