Tadano ATF 50G-3

The Tadano ATF 50G-3 is a high-performance 50-ton all-terrain crane, engineered to deliver superior lifting capabilities, increased reach, and improved operational efficiency. Introduced during Bauma 2007 in Munich, it was one of six new models Tadano unveiled at the event. Designed as a replacement for the ATF 45-3, the ATF 50G-3 offers key enhancements, including a longer boom, faster setup times, and improved counterweight configurations.

The ATF 50G-3 features a five-section, 40-meter (131-foot) telescopic boom, offering greater lifting reach compared to its predecessor. The boom is equipped with two extension cylinders with ropes, which significantly reduce setup time and increase operational efficiency. Additionally, the crane can be fitted with an optional 16-meter (52-foot) bi-fold jib, similar to the one used on the Tadano ATF 65G-4, allowing for greater flexibility in lifting operations.

For counterweight options, the crane provides a 7-ton taxi version, making it easier to transport without exceeding road limits, while the maximum counterweight configuration of 10 tons enhances lifting performance for heavier loads. The AML (Automatic Moment Limiter) system is included as a standard feature, providing real-time load monitoring, automatic safety functions, and enhanced stability control, ensuring safe and precise lifting operations.
