Product Description
The XCMG QAY130 all-terrain crane is a versatile lifting machine with a maximum lifting capacity of 130 tons. Its structural design includes a five-section telescoping boom made from high-strength Weldox960 steel, extending from 12.8 meters to 50 meters. The crane’s full lifting height reaches 68.5 meters when combined with a jib, making it suitable for a wide range of heavy lifting operations. The boom’s maximum load moment stands at 4120 kN·m with the base boom.
The crane is equipped with a dual-engine configuration, consisting of a VOLVO TAD720VE engine (162kW) for the superstructure and a Cummins ISM440E20 engine (324kW) for the carrier. The engines comply with Euro II emission standards, ensuring efficient and reliable power delivery for both lifting operations and travel. A ZF automatic transmission offers seamless power transfer, with a travel speed reaching up to 76 km/h.
The QAY130 features a 5-axle chassis with 4-axle drive and all-axle steering capabilities, allowing it to perform complex maneuvers such as crab walking. Its hydro-pneumatic suspension system provides automatic leveling and ±300 mm of stroke for improved stability over rough terrain. The braking system includes service brakes, a parking brake, and an auxiliary brake, ensuring safe and controlled operation.
The crane’s hydraulic system utilizes an imported slant-shaft variable displacement pump, providing electronic proportional control for precise operation. Outriggers extend longitudinally to 8.0 meters and laterally to 7.5 meters, offering a stable platform for lifting tasks.
In terms of safety, the QAY130 is equipped with real-time working parameter monitoring, overload and over-winding protection, and a limit switch to prevent overextension of the boom. The machine’s intelligent control system integrates electronic feedback, ensuring that all operations are performed safely and efficiently.
