The XCMG XCA110U is a versatile 100 US ton all-terrain crane that combines robust construction, advanced technology, and flexible lifting capabilities for various applications in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The crane’s primary lifting structure includes a 7-section, U-shaped cross-section telescoping boom, which extends from 38.4 feet to a maximum length of 196.9 feet. For additional reach, the crane is equipped with a lattice fixed jib, with lengths of 34.8 feet, 59.4 feet, and adjustable offset angles of 0°, 15°, and 30°. The crane also offers the option of an extended jib for increased versatility.

The XCA110U is powered by a Daimler OM471LA in-line six-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, delivering 456 horsepower at 1,700 rpm with a maximum torque of 1,623 lb-ft at 1,300 rpm. The engine complies with Stage IV/Tier 4F emission standards, making it a more environmentally conscious choice. The crane’s fuel tank capacity is 300 liters (79 gallons), ensuring extended operation without frequent refueling. The engine is paired with a ZF 12-speed automatic transmission, which offers both automatic and manual modes for optimized performance across various driving conditions.

To ensure stability and safety during lifting operations, the XCA110U is equipped with four H-shaped outriggers, which feature a one-stage hydraulic extension mechanism and five different working positions: fully retracted, 25%, 50%, 75%, and fully extended. Outrigger controls are integrated with pressure detection systems to improve safety and ease of operation.

The crane’s suspension system includes hydro-pneumatic technology on all axles, offering automatic leveling, suspension lifting, and rigid state switching to adapt to different terrains. The high-strength Kessler axles provide excellent load-bearing capacity, while the electro-hydraulic steering system allows for advanced steering configurations and improved maneuverability. The crane’s slewing system consists of a single-row ball external tooth slewing ring driven by a hydraulic motor with a planetary gear reducer, providing 360° continuous rotation. The hydraulic system is powered by load-sensitive pumps that drive all major crane functions, ensuring smooth and precise control during hoisting, telescoping, and slewing.
