Sany SCC2800A

The Sany SCC2800A is a powerful 280-tonne capacity crawler crane designed for heavy lifting and large-scale infrastructure projects. It features a maximum main boom length of 86 meters and offers flexible boom configurations, including a combination of 62 meters main boom with a 42-meter fixed jib or a 63-meter luffing jib setup. Its maximum lifting moment reaches 1,620 tonne-meters, delivering excellent lifting capabilities across a wide range of radii and heights.

This crawler crane is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9-C325 diesel engine, which provides a rated power output of 242 kW at 2100 rpm and complies with European emission standards. Its dual winch hoisting system delivers a lifting speed of up to 120 m/min, while the slewing system provides full 360-degree rotation with a maximum slewing torque of 2×29 kNm. The SCC2800A features advanced micro-speed hoisting and luffing control, providing operators with smooth, precise handling during complex lifts. The travel system allows a max speed of 1.0 km/h and can climb grades up to 30%, supported by a wide-gauge tracked undercarriage for improved stability.

The SCC2800A is built with modular boom and jib sections, which allows rapid setup and breakdown. The counterweight configuration is adjustable, with up to 20 tonnes per central counterweight and 6 tonnes per additional slab, enhancing transport and onsite versatility. Safety systems include anti-two block, load moment limiter, boom/jib overload protection, electronic monitoring, and rearview camera integration. A modern operator cab with panoramic visibility and a 10.4-inch touchscreen interface ensures efficient and safe crane control.
