Product Description
The SANY SCC7500 represents the pinnacle of SANY’s crawler crane lineup, combining raw lifting power with exceptional reach and advanced engineering. Designed for super-heavy lift projects, this crane boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 750 tons at a 10-meter working radius. Its main boom system ranges from 42 to 108 meters, constructed from high-strength modular boom sections that ensure minimal deflection even under massive loads. When configured with its luffing jib, which also reaches up to 108 meters, the crane achieves a combined system length of 216 meters, providing unmatched flexibility and vertical reach to tackle tall wind turbines, refinery towers, and heavy prefabricated bridge segments.
At the heart of the SCC7500 is a robust Cummins QSK23 diesel engine producing 447 kW (600 hp) at 1,800 rpm. This engine powers an advanced hydraulic system that enables smooth, simultaneous operation of hoisting, luffing, slewing, and travel functions. The crane delivers fast hoisting speeds, efficient boom and jib luffing movements, and precise slewing control, ensuring operational efficiency even with massive loads. Stability and balance are provided by a modular counterweight system that includes up to 320 tons of superstructure counterweights and 240 tons of carbody counterweights, allowing the crane to be configured for diverse lifting scenarios and ground conditions.
The SCC7500’s undercarriage is designed for durability and ease of transport. Its wide crawler tracks distribute ground pressure effectively, ensuring stable movement even on soft or uneven terrain, while the modular design allows the crane to be disassembled and transported in manageable components, making it practical for projects in remote or logistically challenging locations.
Inside the operator’s cab, the SCC7500 combines comfort and control. The cab is air-conditioned, spacious, and designed with panoramic visibility to ensure operator awareness and safety. An integrated LCD display provides real-time monitoring of crane status, load charts, diagnostics, and alarms. The control system incorporates SANY’s latest safety technology, including load moment indicators, over-wind protection, anti-two block systems, and slewing interlocks, ensuring precise, safe lifting operations at all times.
The SCC7500 is built for rapid assembly and disassembly, minimizing downtime between projects and maximizing jobsite productivity. It is especially favored in the wind power sector, where its combination of reach and capacity makes it particularly suited to the erection of the latest generation of tall, high-capacity wind turbines. Its blend of sheer lifting strength, intelligent design, and operational safety makes the SCC7500 one of the most advanced crawler cranes in the global heavy lift industry.
