Product Description
The Sany SCC800C is a versatile 80-ton class crawler crane that blends lifting power with flexible job site adaptability. Engineered for mid-scale construction and industrial lifting needs, the SCC800C offers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 80 metric tons at a 3-meter working radius.
Its main boom configuration spans from 13 meters to 58 meters, utilizing modular boom sections to suit a variety of site constraints and reach requirements. In addition, it features a fixed jib ranging from 7 to 19 meters, providing extra flexibility for offset lifting scenarios. The crane achieves a maximum boom plus jib combination of 52 + 19 meters, giving it significant vertical and horizontal reach capabilities.
The crane is powered by a Cummins QSL9 Tier 3 diesel engine, delivering 200 kW (275 hp) at 2,100 rpm. This engine supports reliable and fuel-efficient operation across diverse working environments. The crane’s systems are hydraulically driven, and it is equipped with four independent main functions: main hoist, auxiliary hoist, boom hoist, and swing—all designed for precision and efficiency.
Operational features include:
- Main and auxiliary hoist speeds of up to 120 m/min
- Boom luffing speed up to 60 m/min
- Slewing speed of 0 to 2.5 rpm
- Travel speed of up to 1.3 km/h
- Gradeability of 30%
The control system integrates load moment limiting, monitoring for overload conditions, and interlocks to prevent unsafe operations. A color LCD display in the operator’s cab provides real-time feedback and diagnostics. The cab itself is designed for operator comfort, with features such as air conditioning, adjustable seating, and wide visibility.
Weighing approximately 66.2 tons in standard configuration, the SCC800C is designed with a modular structure to allow for quick assembly and disassembly, supporting efficient transport and site setup. Its counterweight system is also modular, with the ability to adjust total counterweight based on lifting needs.
In summary, the Sany SCC800C combines lifting strength, smart hydraulics, and transport efficiency, making it a highly capable crawler crane for general construction, steel erection, and infrastructure development projects.
