Product Description
The Zoomlion QUY80 crawler crane is a small-tonnage lifting machine specifically designed for versatile performance in industrial, construction, and utility applications. With a rated lifting capacity of 80 tonnes at a radius of 4.3 meters, the QUY80 combines robust engineering and modern hydraulic systems for efficiency and reliability. The crane supports a maximum main boom length of 58 meters, and when combined with a fixed jib ranging from 6 to 18 meters, it offers a flexible working radius and comprehensive lifting range. The maximum combination reach of main boom and fixed jib is 67 meters, with offset jib angles of 10° and 30°.
Powered by a Cummins diesel engine delivering 209 kW at 2200 rpm and a maximum torque of 1100/1400 Nm, the QUY80 ensures consistent operation across a variety of load scenarios. The single rope speed reaches up to 120 m/min for the main and auxiliary winches, while the luffing winch achieves 61 m/min. Slewing operations are smooth and controlled within a range of 1–2 rpm. Travel speeds range from 1.0 to 1.68 km/h, and the crane can manage a gradeability of up to 30%, supported by a ground pressure of 0.083 MPa.
The crawler undercarriage features a track shoe width of 800 mm and extendable track gauge dimensions, which enhance on-site maneuverability and transport safety. The crane boasts excellent in-cab noise control at less than 85 dB, and under working conditions, the overall noise remains under 107 dB. Measuring 13.5 meters in length, 3.4 meters in width, and 3.2 meters in height (including propeller struts and bottom boom), the crane is transport-efficient and site-ready.
From a functional perspective, the QUY80 is equipped with advanced features such as high-strength luffing plates, slewing mechanisms with full-circle rotation via a planetary gear reducer, and a hydraulic proportional control system. These features provide precise inching and efficient coordination of slewing, hoisting, and traveling actions. It also supports self-loading/unloading and rapid setup, including retractable/retractable undercarriage frames for platform loading.
Overall, the Zoomlion QUY80 is engineered for maximum productivity and minimum downtime, making it a reliable choice for lifting operations that demand flexibility, safety, and cost-efficiency.
