Zoomlion ZCC1000H

The Zoomlion ZCC1000H crawler crane is a robust and adaptable 100-ton class lifting machine tailored for mid-scale construction and industrial projects. It offers a flexible boom configuration with the main boom extending from 13 to 67 meters and optional fixed jibs ranging between 6 to 18 meters, allowing a maximum configuration of 55 meters of main boom plus 18 meters of jib. The crane’s design allows for rapid configuration changes and accommodates both standard and auxiliary lifting scenarios, including goose-neck configurations and dual hook setups.

The crane operates with a Cummins QSL9-280 engine, providing 209 kW at 2,100 rpm and conforming to U.S. EPA Tier 3 emission standards. The engine’s torque output is 1424 Nm at 1,500 rpm, and it supports a wide operational temperature range from -20°C to 40°C. This powertrain supports a high-efficiency hydraulic system designed with load-sensing and closed-circuit control technologies. These systems enable smooth, precise compound movements across hoisting, slewing, luffing, and travel functions while maximizing fuel efficiency and maintaining excellent micro-movement control with single rope speeds under 5 m/min.

The lifting mechanism includes multiple winch options, with standard and free-fall configurations. The free-fall winch can deliver a maximum single rope line pull of 20 tonnes at up to 99 m/min, while the conventional winch can reach speeds of 129 m/min with a rated pull of 12.4 tonnes. The slewing mechanism offers a speed range of 0 to 2.3 rpm, and the travel system supports speeds up to 1.25 km/h with a 30% gradeability, supported by a dual-track system with retractable track frames (3400 mm retracted and 5000 mm extended).

The crane features 28 tonnes of upper (superstructure) counterweight and 10 tonnes of undercarriage ballast. It includes advanced safety systems such as automatic load moment limiting, digital display monitoring, anti-overload protections, and wind speed alerts. The transportability of the ZCC1000H is also a key advantage—it can self-assemble using hydraulic jacks and cylinders, reducing reliance on auxiliary equipment. Its heaviest transport module weighs 45.3 tonnes, and the base unit without crawler frames weighs just 29 tonnes, making logistics manageable even in remote or constrained sites.
