Product Description

The Kato NK-200H-v hydraulic truck crane is built to perform reliably in tight work zones and mid-scale lifting environments. With a rated lifting capacity of 20,000 kg at a 3.5-meter radius and a fully extended 5-section boom of 27.5 meters, this machine provides the reach and strength needed for versatile operations. The boom extension is supported by a hydraulic telescopic system with synchronized control, allowing operators to deploy the sections smoothly.

Boom articulation ranges from -3° to 80°, and elevation is achieved within approximately 44 seconds. In terms of reach optimization, the NK-200H-v can be fitted with a 3.0-meter fixed jib or a swingaway jib configuration of 7.4 m + 8.0 m, with offset angles of 5° and 30°, achieving a maximum working radius of 38.0 meters. The hook block options include 4-fall and 2-fall sheave assemblies, compatible with wire rope lengths of 95 m and 74 m respectively.

Lifting and hoisting speeds are optimized for smooth operation, with main winch hoisting speeds of 19 m/min (at 4-fall, 4th layer) and rope speeds of 95 m/min under no load conditions. Slewing is continuous at a maximum speed of 2.6 rpm, driven by a hydraulic motor with planetary reduction and braking mechanisms, including a foot brake and spring-loaded holding brake.

The carrier platform is available with two engine options: the Mitsubishi 6D22 producing 225 PS at 2,200 rpm, and the Nissan PE6 generating 230 PS at 2,200 rpm. Both configurations support travel speeds of up to 70 km/h. The carrier uses a 4×2 drivetrain with manual 5-speed transmissions and is mounted on 10.00–20 tires. It offers a gross vehicle weight of 23,560 kg.

Operator controls are user-friendly and laid out for safe crane operation. The NK-200H-v integrates Kato’s ACS (Automatic Control System) to monitor working radius, boom length, angle, and load data, combined with safety interlocks such as hydraulic locking valves and anti-two block systems. Outriggers are hydraulically controlled vertical jacks with a telescoping H-type layout, providing reliable ground stability.

Designed with efficiency in mind, the NK-200H-v includes practical maintenance points and a simplified hydraulic system that supports smooth and durable crane operations. Its compact frame, reasonable boom reach, and intelligent control systems make the NK-200H-v a solid contender for a wide range of mobile lifting applications.
