Product Description
The Sany STC75 truck crane is engineered for heavy-duty lifting operations with a maximum lifting capacity of 75 tons and designed to perform in diverse construction and infrastructure environments. Its five-section main boom, crafted from high-strength materials in a hexagonal profile, reaches up to 45 meters, providing significant vertical and horizontal lifting range. With an optional 16-meter jib, the crane offers a maximum lifting height of 61 meters, expanding its utility for extended reach tasks.
This crane is supported by an 8×4 wheel-drive chassis, powered by a 275 kW engine, with several engine options including Weichai WP10.375, Shangchai SC9DK375Q3, and Dongfeng Cummins. The engine supports maximum torque outputs of up to 1550 Nm, enabling the crane to reach travel speeds of 80 km/h and climb grades of up to 40%, ensuring mobility across varied terrains.
The STC75 incorporates H-type hydraulic outriggers with a span of 7.62 meters longitudinally and 6.1 meters transversely, providing a solid and secure lifting base. A fixed 4.5-ton counterweight, with an optional 2-ton auxiliary counterweight, enhances lifting stability during full-boom operations.
Hydraulic systems are a highlight, utilizing advanced imported components such as Kawasaki pumps and Husco main valves. The load-sensing system adapts pump output to real-time demands, optimizing flow and pressure. Both main and auxiliary winches are powered by variable displacement motors and equipped with balancing valves and safety features like three-wrap indicators. These winches offer maximum rope speeds of 130 m/min and come with 20 mm wire ropes extending up to 235 meters and 135 meters, respectively.
The slewing system includes a German Rexroth motor and reduction gear paired with a Husco rotary valve, enabling smooth 360-degree rotation with a maximum speed of 2 rpm. The boom elevation mechanism is controlled via self-weight drop and precision hydraulics for responsive performance.
Inside the operator’s cab, comfort and visibility are prioritized. The cab is ergonomically designed with panoramic tempered glass, adjustable seating, and integrated air conditioning. The SYML load moment limiter system offers real-time monitoring of boom length, angle, load weight, and safety thresholds through a color LCD display, enhancing operational awareness and safety.
The Sany STC75 stands as a reliable mid-range truck crane, balancing power, reach, and transport efficiency. With advanced hydraulics, high-capacity performance, and user-friendly controls, it is an excellent solution for contractors and operators managing mid- to large-scale lifting tasks in infrastructure and industrial sectors.
