Product Description

The TG-1000M-1 hydraulic truck crane by Tadano is engineered for heavy-duty performance and mobility. It features a 5-section full-length power telescoping boom with a reach of 44.0 meters and an additional boom extension of 32.0 meters operated by four hydraulic cylinders. A two-staged swingaround jib, available in 9.5 m and 15.0 m lengths, can be offset at 5° or 30°, further extending the working radius to a maximum of 58.7 meters. The maximum working radius of the boom itself is 36.0 meters.

At its strongest configuration, the TG-1000M-1 can lift 100,000 kg at 12.0 meters with a 14-part line. Even at 44.0 meters of boom, it lifts 12,000 kg on a 4-part line. Jib capacities are equally versatile, handling up to 5,000 kg depending on jib length and angle.

Its winch system is driven by hydraulic motors through helical gear reducers. The main winch achieves hook speeds up to 6.4 m/min at high range and 3.2 m/min at low range with 14-part reeving. The auxiliary winch, operating at 1 part-line, offers speeds of 104 m/min in high range and 52 m/min in low range. The crane rotates a full 360° with a swing speed of 1.6 rpm.

Powered by a PE6 engine producing 200 PS at 2,200 rpm, the crane also includes two high-pressure variable piston pumps and a high-pressure gear pump. The hydraulic oil tank has a capacity of 985 liters, enabling prolonged operation in demanding conditions.

The carrier model K-13102 is powered by a Mitsubishi 8DC90A V8 diesel engine rated at 310 PS and 108 kg-m of torque. This 6×6 drive system includes a 6-speed transmission, dual-axle drive system with hypoid reduction, and an equalizer beam for the rear axle. The suspension features semi-elliptical laminated leaf springs and torque rods. For braking, it uses a dual-circuit air system with mechanical parking and exhaust auxiliary brakes.

This 35,390 kg carrier measures 15.52 meters long, 3.4 meters wide, and 4.0 meters high. The wheelbase spans 7.275 meters, allowing a minimum turning radius of 11.5 meters, making it maneuverable on congested job sites. Top road speed is 66.2 km/h, offering excellent mobility between sites.

With its full suite of safety equipment—moment limiters, boom indicators, anti-overwind protection—and comfort features including a heater-equipped cab, boom dismount and swing frame dismount devices, the Tadano TG-1000M-1 balances capacity, convenience, and field-proven reliability, earning its place in heavy-duty lifting operations globally.
