Equipped with a telescopic boom extending from 10 to 23.5 meters and a 6-meter jib, it offers versatility across a wide working radius. Powered by a YZ20AT carrier and DH100 engine, this model is a dependable lifting solution for mid-scale construction needs.

Product Description
The Tadano TL-150D hydraulic truck crane exemplifies the early generation of mobile crane engineering tailored to reliable field performance and ease of operation. Built on the YZ20AT carrier and powered by a DH100 engine delivering 195 PS at 2300 rpm, this 15-ton crane strikes a balance between lifting capacity, road mobility, and mechanical simplicity.
The TL-150D’s boom system is hydraulically telescopic, comprising a 3-section rectangular box-type boom that extends from 10.0 to 23.5 meters. For added reach, a 6-meter jib (10 ft) can be attached, extending the total boom + jib length to 29.5 meters. The lifting capacities reflect a well-calibrated load chart: up to 15,000 kg with a 10.0-meter boom using 6-part line configuration, 9,000 kg at 17.0 meters with 6-part line, and 5,000 kg at full boom extension of 23.5 meters using a 4-part line. With jib installed, the crane can lift up to 2,000 kg using a single-part line.
Operational efficiency is a highlight—boom extension spans 13.5 meters, completed in 76 seconds. The rope speed of the main winch is 82 meters per minute, while the auxiliary winch offers a line speed of 62 m/min. Boom elevation ranges from 0° to 75°, with a full elevation cycle completed in 47 seconds. The swing system allows for a full 360° continuous rotation at a slewing speed of 2.5 rpm, offering smooth and precise maneuvering during lifts.
Outrigger deployment utilizes an X-style hydraulic system with locking cylinders, and the platform achieves a spread width of 4.4 meters. The overall working radii range from 1.4 to 22.3 meters with the boom, and from 7.3 to 22.1 meters with the jib—allowing for varied load positioning in tight or extended setups.
The TL-150D includes safety systems such as an automatic boom stop, overwind preventers, moment limiter, level gauge, and hydraulic safety valves. Braking is supported by a reliable oil pressure system, and its traveling speed reaches up to 65 km/h for efficient road transfer. The rated gradeability is 29.3%, further enhancing site access capability.
This crane is an example of Tadano’s rugged and field-proven hydraulic truck crane legacy, well-suited for general construction, utility works, and infrastructure maintenance where 15-ton capacity is ideal.
