Indo Farm Power-12 (Standard)

The Indo Farm Power-12 Standard is a high-capacity mobile pick-and-carry crane designed for tough site conditions and heavy lifting requirements. With two boom configurations available—42-foot and 36-foot—the crane offers a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tons at a 1.7-meter radius. In the 42-foot version, the boom reaches a maximum vertical height of 12.8 meters and a horizontal reach of 9.76 meters. The 36-foot version reaches up to 11.1 meters vertically and 7.88 meters horizontally.

The lifting mechanism includes a 4-fall rope hoist system with a lifting speed of 55 m/min and integrated fail-safe brakes. The boom is a three-section, hydraulically telescoping box-type design operated by dual-acting hydraulic cylinders. Boom raising and lowering times range from 13 to 20 seconds, while telescoping in and out ranges between 16 to 30 seconds depending on the boom size.

The crane is powered by the Indo Farm 3065 DI, a 4-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine producing 60 HP at 2,200 rpm. It features a heavy-duty sliding mesh gearbox with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears, including a high/low selector. The articulated power steering system, powered by two hydraulic cylinders, enables a 53° steering angle with a tight 6.5-meter turning radius—ideal for navigating narrow sites.

The braking system includes pneumatically assisted hydraulic drum brakes on the front wheels and mechanical disc brakes at the rear. The front axle width is 1,930 mm, and the rear is 1,630 mm (center to center), riding on four 11.00×20 – 16 PR front tyres and two 13.00×24 – 12 PR rear tyres. The operating weight is 11,200 kg for the 42-foot model and 10,500 kg for the 36-foot variant.

Hydraulic systems are powered by a vane/gear-type pump connected to a 4-spool control valve with built-in pressure relief. Suction and return lines are filtered with a 100-mesh inline strainer and a 25-micron full-flow filter. Hydraulic capacity is 130 liters, while fuel capacity is 60 liters and engine oil holds 12 liters.

Safety features include overload audio alarms, cylinder and steering guards, hydraulic hose failure protection, and hoist safety brakes. The crane is fitted with a spacious all-weather operator cabin and includes reflectors, rear-view mirrors, lighting, and a tool kit. Optional accessories include a fly jib, extra hooks, six-fall rope, man basket, spark arrester, air brake, and fire extinguisher.
