Indo Farm Power-12FNX

The Indo Farm Power-12FNX is a rugged and efficient 12-ton crane developed to handle mid-heavy lifting across varied industrial, construction, and utility environments. Built with a full 4-part boom structure, it offers a maximum vertical height of 13.4 meters and a horizontal reach of 11.6 meters, supporting loads up to 2.5 tons at full extension. The crane is rated to lift 12 tons at a 1.7-meter radius using a robust six-fall winch system.

The boom system is box-type and telescopic, using hydraulic cylinders for the second and third stages and a rope-pulled fourth stage. Lifting cycles are efficient, with hoisting speed rated at 55 m/min. Boom raising and lowering times range from 18–20 seconds and 13–15 seconds, respectively, while telescopic extension/retraction completes in 17–24 seconds.

The crane is powered by an Indo Farm 3065 DI engine, a 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel unit producing 60 HP at 2,200 rpm. It features a heavy-duty sliding mesh gearbox with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears and a high/low selector for versatile load handling. Articulated steering, powered by twin hydraulic cylinders, allows a maximum steering angle of 53° with a turning radius of 6.5 meters.

Air-assisted drum brakes on the front and mechanical disc brakes on the rear ensure smooth and reliable stopping. The crane’s straight rear axle and full-length heavy-duty chassis enhance durability and load balance. Tyres include four 11.00×20 – 16 PR units in the front and two 13.00×24 – 12 PR in the rear. Its total operating weight is 11,050 kg.

The hydraulic system uses a vane or gear-type pump delivering pressure to a 4-spool control valve with built-in relief. Hydraulic oil capacity is 130 liters, with filtration handled through a 100-mesh suction strainer and 25-micron return filter. Other fluid capacities include 60 liters of diesel, 12 liters of engine oil, and 45 liters of gear oil.

Standard features include an all-weather cabin, safety guards on all hydraulic cylinders, overload audio alarm, rear-view mirrors, reflectors, and a complete lighting package. Optional accessories include a man basket, spark arrester, fire extinguisher, six-fall rope, extra hook, steering wheel conversion, and over-hoist warning system.
