Product Description

The GR-300N-1 is a highly capable 30-ton rough terrain crane featuring a hydraulically telescoping 6-section boom ranging from 7.7 m to 32.0 m. With the optional 11.0 m jib, it offers a maximum lifting height of 43.9 m and a working radius of up to 32.5 m. The jib incorporates a hydraulic non-stage offset system, allowing adjustments between 5° to 60° for increased operational flexibility.

The main and auxiliary winches offer high performance, with single-line speeds of up to 120 m/min and hook speeds of 15 m/min (8-part line). Optional high-speed unwind (200 m/min) is available on models without a free-fall device. The boom elevation spans -8° to 83°, completing the full elevation cycle in 47 seconds. A 360° continuous swing is driven by a planetary gear reducer, achieving 2.5 rpm.

Outriggers are H-type and fully hydraulic, allowing various extension configurations from a fully extended width of 6.7 m to a minimum of 2.08 m. The maximum vertical load capacity per outrigger is 28.4 tons.

The crane is powered by a Mitsubishi 6M60-TLE2A turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine, delivering 200 kW (272 PS) at 2,700 rpm and 785 Nm of torque at 1,400 rpm. It features a torque converter with automatic lock-up and both automatic and manual transmission with 4 forward and 1 reverse speed (Hi/Low settings). It supports selectable 2WD/4WD modes.

Hydro-pneumatic suspension on both axles, fully hydraulic steering with reverse correction, and a braking system that includes hydro-pneumatic disk brakes, exhaust brakes, and hydrodynamic retarder ensure excellent drivability. The frame is of a welded box structure.

The GR-300N-1 is equipped with comprehensive safety and operational features including AML (Automatic Moment Limiter), working area control, winch drum lock, counterbalance valves, and more. Comfort and visibility are prioritized in the operator’s cab, which includes adjustable seats, powered mirrors, A/C with dehumidifier, and monitor systems.

Overall, the Tadano GR-300N-1 blends high performance, safety, and ease of operation, making it suitable for a variety of lifting tasks in tight or demanding terrain conditions.
