Product Description
The HDTC32 telescopic crawler crane by Hunan Holdings Heavy Industry is a rugged, self-propelled lifting machine tailored for challenging environments where traditional wheeled cranes are impractical. Designed for high mobility and low ground pressure, it excels in soft and uneven conditions such as marshes, deserts, oil fields, ports, and large construction zones.
Rated at a lifting capacity of 32 tons, the crane offers a maximum load moment of 980 kN·m at base boom configuration and 564 kN·m at full boom extension. The telescopic boom system spans from 10.6 meters to 38.6 meters, with an optional four-section configuration of 10.6 to 33.5 meters. An auxiliary jib of 7.5 meters is available, allowing the crane to achieve a maximum lifting height of 46.5 meters.
The main boom can luff from -2° to +79°, and it offers 360° continuous slewing. Operational efficiency is supported by a maximum single-line hoisting speed of 130 m/min for the main winch and 92 m/min for the auxiliary winch. Boom telescoping operations take approximately 75 seconds for full extension or retraction, while boom elevation requires 40 seconds up and 45 seconds down. Slewing speeds are variable up to 2 rpm.
Powering the HDTC32 is the Cummins QSB6.7-C190 diesel engine delivering 140 kW at 2000 rpm and maximum torque of 931 Nm at 1400 rpm. This engine is paired with a hydrostatic transmission system utilizing A6VE107 travel motors and JX60-170 final drives. The crawler crane reaches a top travel speed of 3 km/h and can handle slopes of up to 25% (14°). Ground clearance is a practical 282 mm, and the wide track width (up to 3.6 meters) reduces ground pressure to just 0.055 MPa, ensuring excellent stability.
The crane’s dimensions in working condition are 12.485 x 4.3 x 2.9 meters, and for transport, it narrows to 3.0 meters wide while retaining the same length and height. It carries an operating weight of 37,800 kg, including 7,500 kg of counterweights. The hydraulic system runs at 25 MPa with a maximum flow of 400 L/min and uses a 630-liter hydraulic oil reservoir.
The HDTC32 is built for ease of operation, featuring a spacious operator cab for one person, intuitive controls, and rugged mechanical components to reduce maintenance downtime. Its load charts cover a wide range of boom lengths and radii, supporting diverse lifting requirements from heavy industrial applications to routine cargo handling and equipment installation.
In summary, the Holdings HDTC32 is a powerful, versatile crawler crane tailored for off-road lifting operations, offering advanced boom reach, reliable drivetrain components, and a strong structural frame designed to withstand rugged field environments.
