Sany SAC2000C8

The SANY SAC2000C8 is a highly capable all-terrain crane designed for various lifting applications. Its 8-section oval-shaped main boom extends to an impressive 85.5 meters, while the standard fixed jib measures 18 meters with an optional 34-meter extension, providing versatility for high and far-reaching lifting tasks. With a lifting capacity of 70 tons and a 70-ton counterweight, this crane offers excellent lifting capabilities across a wide range of scenarios.

Powered by dual engines to meet India’s BSIV emission standards, the SAC2000C8 ensures efficient and environmentally friendly operations. It features a Weichai WP6G240E330 engine while driving on the road and a Weichai WP12.460E62 engine during operations. Additionally, it comes equipped with a Fast Gearbox, ZF Transfer Case, and Hande axles with full disc brakes for reliable performance.

The SAC2000C8 is built on a 5-axle all-terrain chassis with H-shaped outriggers and an advanced oil and gas suspension system. Its all-wheel steering with six steering modes allows for exceptional maneuverability, with a minimum turning radius of 10 meters. The crane features an independent hydraulic system both on the upper and lower parts, utilizing variable piston pumps, a slewing pump, an auxiliary pump, and a dedicated hydraulic tank, ensuring high efficiency and precise control.

To enhance maintenance convenience and reliability, the crane incorporates an IP67-rated cable layout and protection system on the upper part. This ensures easy maintenance and improved overall system reliability.
