XCMG QAY500
XCMG has created a new chapter for the Asia and China manufacturers when they have developed the first unit of 500 tonnes all terrain crane, QAY500 in 2009.
QAY500 comes with a seven-section 84 metres main boom with a single cylinder pinning system. It can be equipped with up to 63 metres fixed jib or 95 metres luffing jib. As indicated by XCMG, they have a improved version of superlift that increases jib length by 7 to 12 metres and at the same time, increasing lifting capacities by 12-60%. In addition, the crane comes with a self-installation system for its counterweight tray, which able to carry up to 160 tonnes of counterweight.
