The Zoomlion ZAT2500V all-terrain crane is a heavy-duty 250-ton class lifting solution, carefully engineered to meet the stringent standards of the Taiwan market. Notably, the ZAT2500V holds TUV certification, underscoring its compliance with international safety and quality standards, and making it a highly trusted machine for critical infrastructure, industrial, and construction applications within Taiwan.

Built with high-strength steel, the crane features a robust eight-section main boom that can extend from 14.6 meters to an impressive 88 meters. When equipped with its optional jib, the ZAT2500V can achieve a maximum lifting height of 115.5 meters, delivering versatility across a wide range of lifting tasks from general construction to energy installations.

Mobility and performance are ensured through a five-axle all-terrain carrier, powered by a Weichai WP12.460E50 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine rated at 338 kW (approximately 460 HP), compliant with Euro V emissions standards. This allows a maximum driving speed of 80 km/h and gradeability up to 48%, ensuring efficient travel both on highways and rugged job sites. A separate Weichai WP7G270E301 engine powers the crane superstructure, ensuring seamless operation during lifting.

The crane’s boom system utilizes an advanced fully automatic telescoping mechanism with hydraulic interlocks for smooth, safe, and quick boom extensions. Twin hydraulic winches and dual slewing mechanisms, with precise and stable operation, ensure efficient and safe load handling.

Inside the new 4.0 series cab, the operator is greeted with a spacious, air-conditioned environment featuring a 20-degree tiltable seat, integrated touchscreen displays, ergonomic controls, and excellent all-around visibility for maximum comfort during extended operations.

Safety is paramount, with the ZAT2500V featuring a fully electronic CAN bus management system for real-time monitoring of critical operational parameters such as outrigger loads, inclination angles, and wind speeds. The crane supports a wide variety of hook blocks ranging from 130-ton to 9-ton capacities, allowing it to adapt to different site requirements.
