The Fuwa QUY250-1 is a 260-ton capacity crawler crane with a maximum boom length of 91.4 meters and a luffing jib length of up to 61 meters. Powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine with 246 kW output, it offers high versatility for heavy-duty lifting operations, including various hook block configurations and efficient operating speeds. It is the successor unit to Fuwa QUY250.

The Fuwa QUY250-1 is a robust crawler crane designed for heavy lifting, with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 260 tons. It features a heavy-duty boom that extends from 15.7 to 91.4 meters, providing exceptional reach and flexibility for a range of construction and industrial applications. The crane is equipped with a luffing jib that extends from 22 to 61 meters, allowing for complex lifting tasks at various heights and angles. The luffing jib has a maximum lifting capacity of 57.8 tons (with jib parts 2–5), ensuring the crane’s effectiveness in high-reaching applications.
The QUY250-1 crane operates with a variety of hook block configurations, ranging from 13.5 tons to 250 tons, giving users the ability to handle different load weights efficiently. The crane’s boom angle ranges from 30° to 80°, while the luffing jib operates between 65° and 85°, offering excellent versatility in confined or open spaces.
In terms of speed and performance, the hoist system can reach lifting speeds of up to 136 m/min, while the derricking speed is 56 m/min. The crane has a slewing speed of 0 to 1.7 rpm and a travel speed between 0.8 and 1.2 km/h, making it highly maneuverable on construction sites. The crane’s maximum load torque is rated at 1300 t·m, further underscoring its capability for handling heavy loads.
The Fuwa QUY250-1 is powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine, providing an output of 246 kW at 2100 rpm. This powerful engine ensures reliable performance during extended lifting operations.
