Sany SCC1000A

The Sany SCC1000A is a robust crawler crane with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 100 tons, designed for a variety of heavy lifting tasks. The crane features a boom that can extend from 13 meters to a maximum of 64 meters, providing flexibility in different lifting scenarios. An optional jib can extend from 9 to 18 meters, allowing a combined boom and jib length of up to 82 meters (64 + 18 meters), making it suitable for extended reach applications.

The crane is powered by an Isuzu 6HK1 engine, delivering a rated output of 212 kW at 2,000 rpm. This engine ensures the crane performs reliably under demanding conditions while maintaining fuel efficiency. The SCC1000A’s rope speed for the main and auxiliary winch reaches 121 meters per minute on the first layer, while the boom hoist winch operates at 59 meters per minute, enabling efficient load handling.

The rear counterweight weighs 31.2 tons, while the carbody counterweight is 5.5 tons, ensuring stability during operation. The crane’s wire rope specifications include a main hoist wire rope diameter of 26 mm with a length of 240 meters, and an auxiliary hoist wire rope diameter of 26 mm with a length of 180 meters. The single line pull for the main and auxiliary hoist is rated at 12 tons.
