Sany SCC2000C Crawler Crane

Product Description

The SANY SCC2000C crawler crane is a robust and versatile 210-ton lifting solution purpose-built for medium to large construction projects. With a maximum rated lifting moment of 568 t·m (58×9.8), this crane balances lifting capacity with reach and mobility. Its main boom can be extended from 16.5 meters to a maximum of 85.5 meters, while the boom’s working angle ranges from 30° to 81°, providing solid lifting coverage across various site conditions.

For enhanced reach, the SCC2000C can be configured with either a fixed jib or a luffing jib. In its fixed jib configuration, the maximum combined length reaches 73.5 meters + 31 meters, enabling effective lifting at elevated heights or over obstacles. The luffing jib configuration extends the crane’s reach even further, with a maximum combination of 58 meters (main boom) + 52 meters (luffing jib), and an operating angle from 63° to 88°, allowing for safe and precise lifting in tight spaces.

The crane is powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine, a 9-liter, inline 6-cylinder, turbocharged diesel unit that produces 242 kW at 2100 rpm. The engine is compliant with Tier 3 emission standards and is supported by a 400-liter fuel tank. This engine delivers strong torque and reliability for continuous heavy-duty operations. The hydraulic system utilizes load-sensitive and pilot-operated proportional control technology, with a rated pressure of 32 MPa, ensuring smooth operation even under heavy load conditions.

In terms of hoisting performance, the main and auxiliary winches offer line speeds of up to 120 m/min. The luffing jib winches deliver speeds of 0–26 m/min (×2), while the auxiliary luffing winch reaches up to 25 m/min. Each winch drum is equipped with a 580 mm diameter, supporting long rope capacities of up to 450 meters for the main system and 380 meters for the auxiliary. These winches provide a rated single-line pull of 13.5 tons for the main system and 10.5 tons for the luffing configuration.

The slewing system is driven by dual planetary reducers and supports continuous 360° rotation with a maximum slewing speed of 1.35 rpm. The travel mechanism features dual-speed hydraulic drive, achieving a maximum speed of 1.3 km/h and a climbing capability of up to 30%, allowing the crane to handle uneven and sloped terrain with ease. The undercarriage includes a wide track gauge and 1100 mm wide track shoes for improved ground pressure distribution (0.11 MPa), enhancing overall stability.

Transportability is streamlined through modular design, with the heaviest single component weighing 53 tons. Transport dimensions are compact at 12,500 × 3,400 × 3,400 mm, allowing the crane to be efficiently shipped via road or container. The total weight of the basic machine is approximately 205 tons, with an additional 80 tons of counterweights mounted on the undercarriage and a 35-ton optional hanging counterweight.

The SCC2000C features an intelligent electrical control system that supports CAN-BUS communication and integrates advanced diagnostics, operational monitoring, and safety alerts. Operator comfort and control are enhanced through an ergonomically designed cab with air conditioning, wide viewing angles, sound insulation, and an intuitive control panel.

Safety systems include load moment indicators, anti-two-block systems, slewing and hoisting limiters, and an emergency stop function. Additional safety features include anti-backward tilting sensors, load release protection, and platform-mounted limit switches to ensure the safe operation of the crane in various working conditions.

In summary, the SANY SCC2000C crawler crane delivers an optimal blend of power, precision, and adaptability. Its extended boom options, efficient hydraulic systems, and modern control interface make it ideal for infrastructure development, wind energy projects, and industrial construction applications.
