Product Description

The Zoomlion ZCC3200V is a purpose-built 320-ton lattice boom crawler crane developed to serve complex lifting demands in heavy construction, infrastructure development, and energy sectors. With its combination of lifting strength, boom flexibility, and intelligent design for efficient transport and configuration, the ZCC3200V stands as a high-value asset for contractors requiring robust and adaptable lifting capacity.

At its core, the crane features a maximum lifting capacity of 320 tonnes at a 6-meter radius, supported by a maximum lifting moment of 1,935 tonne-meters. The main boom system extends from 24 to 93 meters, allowing the ZCC3200V to handle a wide spectrum of vertical and horizontal lifting demands. For projects requiring even greater reach with lighter loads, a light main boom configuration is available, extending the boom to 106.5 meters, with a rated capacity of 122 tonnes at an 11-meter radius.

The crane’s fixed jib system further extends its versatility, offering a lifting capacity of 130 tonnes at a 9-meter radius, and jib lengths ranging from 9 to 36 meters. In this configuration, the main boom can be set between 24 and 81 meters, with a maximum combined boom and jib reach of 63+36 meters. Jib offset angles can be adjusted to 10°, 20°, or 30°, allowing for optimized load control and clearance in tight or angled lift scenarios.

For operations demanding variable angles and elevated vertical reach—such as tall building construction or complex module installation—the ZCC3200V can be equipped with a luffing jib. The luffing jib offers a maximum capacity of 118 tonnes at a 12-meter radius, with length options from 24 to 66 meters. Paired with a main boom ranging from 24 to 60 meters, the total working reach in this configuration can extend to 60+66 meters. The main boom angle is configurable at 85°, 75°, and 65°, giving operators flexibility to adapt to the lift environment.

Designed with efficient work cycles in mind, the ZCC3200V features powerful and fast winching systems. Hoisting Winch 1 reaches speeds up to 120 m/min, while Hoisting Winch 2 can operate at 116 m/min, both measured at the sixth layer. The derricking winch provides twin-line control at 2 × 50 m/min, ensuring smooth and controlled boom articulation even with heavy attachments.

The crane is powered by a reliable Weichai WP10G336E344 engine, delivering 247 kW at 1900 rpm, ensuring ample torque for simultaneous multi-function operations and consistent performance under load. The slewing system provides a controlled rotation speed of 0 to 1 rpm, while travel is managed via crawler tracks at speeds up to 1 km/h. This makes it suitable for repositioning on-site while maintaining high stability thanks to the wide-track crawler undercarriage.

Transport and modularity are key advantages of the ZCC3200V. The maximum transport weight of a single component is 44.5 tonnes (with mast and winch), while the minimum transportable weight can be reduced to 32.5 tonnes, allowing compliance with container shipping limits. The crane’s total transport dimensions are 13.7 × 3 × 3.22 meters, and its average ground bearing pressure is kept at a low 0.135 MPa, making it suitable for softer ground conditions with proper site preparation.

The ZCC3200V also features 120 tonnes of rear counterweight and 40 tonnes of central counterweight, and has a total operating weight of 272 tonnes when configured with a main boom and 260-tonne hook. These counterweight configurations are critical for stability when working at long radii or with extended boom and jib combinations.

From a strategic investment perspective, the ZCC3200V is engineered with component commonality in mind. Its universal jib design allows the fixed jib, luffing jib, and the top section of the shield jib to be interchangeable with the standard boom system. This not only reduces spare parts inventory but also enhances the utilization rate of components. Furthermore, its component compatibility with the Zoomlion ZCC3000 model enhances fleet flexibility, particularly for companies operating multiple crane types in similar capacity classes.

In practical applications, the ZCC3200V excels in shield machine erection, bridge beam installation, and tower component lifting—thanks to its robust structure, versatile lifting geometry, and transport-friendly configuration. Whether deployed for civil infrastructure, wind energy, or underground transit systems, the ZCC3200V offers a blend of capacity, configuration depth, and economic value that makes it a preferred choice for large-scale lifting operations.
