Product Description
The Zoomlion ZCC4000V is a 400-ton capacity crawler crane engineered for heavy-duty lifting in various industrial and construction applications. It features a maximum lifting moment of 5500 t.m and supports a wide array of configurations to meet specific project needs. The main boom can extend from 24 to 84 meters in standard mode and up to 96 meters in superlift mode. For enhanced flexibility, it offers light main boom options reaching up to 126 meters in superlift mode. The crane can also be equipped with a luffing jib up to 84 meters and a fixed jib for specialized tasks such as shield tunneling, with lengths ranging from 9 to 12 meters.
The crane operates efficiently with a maximum slewing speed of 1.2 rpm and a maximum crawling speed of 1.0 km/h, ensuring smooth maneuverability on-site. Its ground pressure is limited to 0.17 MPa, making it suitable for various terrains, while the gradeability of 20% ensures it can handle sloped surfaces with ease. The total operating weight with the main boom is 340 tons, and the transport weight of the heaviest component is 42 tons when stripped of auxiliary components.
For enhanced lifting and operation speeds, the ZCC4000V features main and secondary hoisting winches with a speed of 160 m/min and derricking winches capable of 110 m/min. These are complemented by the superlift derricking winch (160 m/min) and the luffing jib derricking winch (154 m/min), ensuring rapid adjustments during complex lifting operations.
The crane is powered by a Wei Chai WP10.5H diesel engine, delivering a rated power of 316 kW at 1900 rpm and a maximum output torque of 1800 Nm at 1000-1400 rpm. The engine complies with China IV emission standards for non-road mobile machinery, reflecting the crane’s environmentally responsible design.
The boom system is constructed from high-strength steel, with lattice-structured boom sections and anchoring rods made of steel plates. Two operational modes are available: standard mode (without derrick boom and suspended ballast) and superlift mode (with derrick boom and suspended ballast). This design ensures optimal stability and load handling across different lifting scenarios.
The ZCC4000V is an excellent choice for projects requiring robust lifting capabilities and adaptable configurations, making it a standout in its class for efficiency and versatility.
