Product Description
The Sany STC250C4 truck crane is a high-performance 25-ton lifting solution engineered for versatility, strength, and precision. The crane is outfitted with a four-section U-shaped boom fabricated from high-strength structural steel, offering a telescopic range from 10.8 meters to 35 meters. When combined with the optional 8-meter jib, it achieves a maximum lifting height of 43.5 meters. Its maximum lifting moment on the basic boom is 1078 kN·m, offering a 20% performance advantage over others in its class when operating at mid to long boom lengths.
This crane runs on a powerful WEICHAI WP7.300E31 diesel engine, producing 220 kW at 2100 rpm with a peak torque of 1250 Nm. It is mated to a FAST 9-speed manual transmission and features a 6×4 drivetrain with a maximum road speed of 85 km/h and a gradeability of 41%. Its rugged chassis incorporates a reinforced box-type frame with improved torsional rigidity (increased by 30%) and a wide outrigger base of 5.28 m × 6.4 m, ensuring stable and reliable lifting operations.
The STC250C4 integrates an electro-hydraulic control system with a variable pump for precise flow distribution and energy efficiency. Its hoisting system includes a main and auxiliary winch, both offering speeds of up to 125 m/min and rated for 4-ton line pull with 16 mm ropes. The slewing system delivers 360° rotation with a top speed of 2.7 r/min, supported by Sany’s integrated slewing buffer technology for smooth stops and directional changes.
For lifting precision, the system features high micro-movement capability, with a minimum hoisting speed of 1.2 m/min and slewing control down to 0.1°/s, supporting millimeter-level accuracy. The luffing system supports an angle range of -2° to 80°, enabling a wide array of lift configurations.
Inside the cab, operators benefit from ergonomic design, enhanced visibility through a panoramic skylight, and intuitive control via a 7″ color display linked to the CAN-bus system. This setup facilitates real-time diagnostics, load moment indication, and smart safety functions including overloading, overwinding, and range limiting protection.
A fixed 6.2-ton counterweight ensures consistent lift stability without requiring extra movable components. The STC250C4 also includes Sany’s T-AMS Pro telematics system as standard, offering remote access to machine status, location tracking, fuel usage, alerts, and maintenance scheduling via the MachineLink+ platform—maximizing fleet efficiency and uptime.
All these features make the Sany STC250C4 a well-rounded, transportable, and operator-friendly truck crane suitable for civil infrastructure, urban construction, and industrial lifting applications.
