Product Description

The SANY STC250H truck crane is designed for reliable lifting performance and operational efficiency in the 25-ton capacity class. Its five-section main boom, made of high-strength steel with an optimized U-shaped cross-section, provides excellent load distribution and structural rigidity. The boom extends from 10.5 meters to a maximum of 39.5 meters, while the optional jib adds an additional 8 meters, allowing for a maximum lifting height of 48 meters.

The STC250H uses a high-performance hydraulic system featuring load-sensing variable piston pumps and advanced main valves with flow compensation and load feedback control, ensuring stable single or combined operations. The system supports efficient work by allowing the main and auxiliary winches to achieve single-line speeds of at least 120 m/min. The boom extension and retraction times are 105 and 120 seconds respectively, while boom luffing (raise/lower) is completed in 45 and 70 seconds.

With a maximum lifting moment of 980 kN·m at the base boom and 470 kN·m at full extension, the STC250H offers strong lifting power across its working range. The crane’s minimum working radius is 3 meters, and it features an industry-leading horizontal outrigger span of 6.2 meters and longitudinal span of 5.3 meters, improving stability and lifting performance.

The chassis is designed with advanced features including a nine-speed transmission, hydraulic power steering, optional ABS, and a suspension system tested for long-term reliability. It provides a maximum travel speed of 80 km/h, minimum turning radius of 11 meters, and gradeability of 38%, making the crane highly maneuverable even on challenging job sites.

Safety and control are enhanced by an intelligent torque limiter system that monitors real-time lifting conditions, providing full-range protection and operational guidance. The electrical system integrates a bus-type digital dashboard with engine fault alerts, ensuring efficient maintenance and troubleshooting. Additionally, the STC250H features the proprietary GCP remote fleet management platform, enabling real-time monitoring of crane status and proactive service reminders.

Operator comfort is ensured with a full-width cabin equipped with panoramic windows, adjustable seating, corrosion-resistant steel construction, and ergonomic controls. The upper cab is also fitted with a panoramic skylight for enhanced upward visibility during lifts.

Overall, the SANY STC250H combines modern hydraulic and electronic systems with a strong, practical design, making it a reliable and efficient solution for medium-duty lifting tasks in construction, industrial maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
