XCMG QY70K

The XCMG QY70K hydraulic truck crane is a heavy-duty mobile lifting solution in the 70-ton capacity class, designed for reliability, advanced lifting performance, and operational efficiency. Built on a robust carrier with a length of 13.5 meters, width of 2.8 meters, and height of 3.54 meters, it offers stability and roadability for a wide range of job sites. The crane is powered by a high-performance diesel engine (WD615.44 or optional WD615.46) delivering 235 kW at 2200 rpm (or 266 kW for the upgraded engine), with torque outputs of 1250 Nm and 1400 Nm respectively, allowing for a top travel speed of 75 km/h and a 40% gradeability, making it ideal for challenging terrains.

Its five-section “ovaloid” profile telescopic boom extends from 11.2 meters to 42 meters, with an additional jib increasing the maximum lifting height to 58 meters. The boom offers excellent load moment performance, rated at 2303 kN.m fully retracted and 492.8 kN.m at full extension with jib. Operational speeds are also efficient, with boom raising completed in 75 seconds, telescoping in 150 seconds (extension) and 100 seconds (retraction), and maximum slewing at 2.0 rpm. The crane’s minimum turning diameter is 24 meters and it has an approach angle of 19° and departure angle of 13°, along with a ground clearance of 270 mm.

Equipped with dual independent winches driven by hydraulic motors with variable displacement, it allows for low-speed heavy lifting and high-speed light load operations. The main winch achieves 75 m/min (load) and 130 m/min (no load), while the auxiliary reaches 98/108 m/min. Safety is ensured with modern features including load moment limiter (LMI), anti-two block device, non-rotating wire ropes, and hydraulic system cut-off locks. The operator cabin is ergonomically designed, spacious and air-conditioned, providing excellent visibility, low noise, and comfort for long-duration work.
