XCMG XCT110-1 Load Chart PDF + Specifications

The XCMG XCT110-1 is a 110-tonne class truck-mounted hydraulic crane built on a five-axle carrier and developed to combine long-boom lifting performance with road mobility approaching that of an all-terrain crane. Its principal feature is a seven-section telescopic main boom reaching 75 m, with the longest boom-and-jib combination extending to approximately 104.6 m. Maximum rated lifting capacity is 110 tonnes, while maximum lifting moment on the basic boom is approximately 4,939 kN·m. The crane is powered by an MC13.48-50 diesel engine rated at 356 kW at 1,900 rpm and approximately 2,300 Nm at 1,050–1,400 rpm. Maximum road speed is about 90 km/h, gradeability is approximately 45%, and maximum slewing speed is around 1.5 rpm.

XCMG XCT110-1

Key Features & Benefits

The XCMG XCT110-1 is a 110-tonne truck crane positioned toward the upper end of XCMG’s road-mobile telescopic crane range. It was designed around a long telescopic boom, a heavy-duty five-axle chassis and enhanced steering and drive functions intended to give the machine better jobsite mobility than a conventional truck crane.

XCMG promoted the XCT110-1 particularly for its long boom and strong lifting performance, with contemporary descriptions referring to it as a 110-tonne crane with one of the longest booms in its class.

Lifting Capacity and Main Boom

Maximum rated lifting capacity is 110 tonnes. The crane uses a seven-section telescopic main boom with a maximum length of approximately 75 m.

Maximum lifting moment on the basic boom is approximately 4,939 kN·m, giving the crane strong short-radius performance for a 110-tonne truck crane. Minimum rated working radius is around 3 m.

The very long 75 m main boom is one of the model’s defining features, allowing many high-reach lifts to be completed without immediately installing a lattice attachment.

Jib and Maximum Reach

With the appropriate lattice extension installed, the maximum boom-and-jib combination reaches approximately 104.6 m.

This gives the XCT110-1 considerably greater reach than a conventional 100–110 tonne truck crane with a shorter five- or six-section boom, making it particularly suitable for high-rise construction, industrial plant work and installation duties requiring long hook height.

Five-Axle Carrier

The XCT110-1 is mounted on a five-axle chassis. The carrier was designed to provide enhanced mobility, with multiple steering and drive modes intended to improve manoeuvrability and traction on construction sites.

Published descriptions highlight multi-mode drive and four-axle steering capability, giving the crane handling characteristics closer to an all-terrain crane than a traditional truck crane. Minimum turning diameter is approximately 20 m.

Engine and Road Performance

Power is provided by an MC13.48-50 diesel engine. Rated output is approximately 356 kW at 1,900 rpm, with maximum torque around 2,300 Nm between 1,050 and 1,400 rpm.

Maximum road speed is approximately 90 km/h, while maximum gradeability is around 45%. These figures give the XCT110-1 relatively strong highway and site-transfer performance for a crane of this capacity.

Dimensions and Weight

Overall dimensions are approximately 15.675 m long, 3.0 m wide and 3.995 m high.

Travel-state mass is about 54.99 tonnes. Published axle spacing is approximately 2.20 + 3.05 + 1.50 + 1.50 m, while the axle-load distribution is approximately 12, 12, 10.33, 10.33 and 10.33 tonnes.

Outrigger System

The crane uses a large outrigger system with a maximum footprint of approximately 7.9 m transversely by 8.45 m longitudinally.

Some descriptions refer to a K-type two-stage outrigger arrangement, developed to provide strong chassis rigidity while also allowing more flexible operation in restricted spaces.

Hoisting and Slewing Performance

Published operating data for the XCT110-1 gives a maximum main-winch single-line speed of approximately 125 m/min when unloaded and about 75 m/min under rated load. Auxiliary winch performance is similar.

Maximum slewing speed is approximately 1.5 rpm in the more detailed XCT110-1 specification, although some catalog aggregations list different figures for related or comparison models, so the 1.5 rpm figure is the safer value for this specific variant.

Boom Operating Speeds

Full boom telescoping time is reported at approximately 750 seconds in one detailed specification set.

Boom elevation and lowering times vary according to operating condition and source formatting, and some online tables mix XCT110-1 values with comparison-model data. For this reason, I would avoid publishing an exact boom elevation time unless you have an original XCMG brochure for this specific machine.

Counterweight and Site Mobility

The XCT110-1 was designed so that it could travel short distances with substantial counterweight installed. Published material indicates the crane can carry approximately 24 tonnes of counterweight during certain site-transfer conditions.

This feature reduces the amount of dismantling required when moving between lifting positions on large projects and is one reason XCMG marketed the chassis as approaching all-terrain crane capability.

Overall Assessment

The XCMG XCT110-1 is best described as a 110-tonne, five-axle truck crane with a 75 m seven-section telescopic boom, maximum boom-and-jib length of approximately 104.6 m, 4,939 kN·m maximum basic-boom lifting moment, 356 kW engine and 90 km/h road speed.

Its long boom, multi-axle steering, strong road performance and ability to reposition with substantial counterweight make it a particularly capable high-reach truck crane, sitting between a conventional heavy truck crane and a true all-terrain crane in terms of mobility and operating concept.

One specification I would not lock into your database yet is the exact jib length breakdown. I found the reliable 104.6 m maximum boom-plus-jib figure, but not a sufficiently authoritative original XCMG source clearly giving the complete jib section lengths for the XCT110-1.
