Zoomlion QY70VF

The Zoomlion QY70VF is engineered to deliver industry-leading lifting performance, fast operation, and high reliability in various heavy-duty applications. It features a five-section telescopic boom constructed from low-alloy, high-strength steel, designed with an upgraded U-type profile to enhance torsional rigidity and reduce deflection under load. The boom extends to 44.2 meters, while the optional fly jib increases the maximum lifting height to 60.2 meters, making it highly versatile for different lifting scenarios.

This crane prioritizes speed and efficiency, with a boom derricking time of 57 seconds and an extension time of 107 seconds, significantly faster than industry standards. The patented telescoping system allows for free telescoping and sequential telescoping, providing more precise and flexible load positioning. The front-mounted luffing gear, featuring a hydraulic cylinder with a safety balance valve, enables smooth luffing movements from -2° to 80°.

For structural stability, the QY70VF is equipped with an H-type outrigger system, which offers superior cross-sectional performance and high bearing capacities. With an outrigger span of 7600×6000 mm, the crane maintains high stability, even at full extension. The integrated horizontal cylinder overload protection technology prevents damage to the boom’s cylinders during the telescoping process, ensuring longevity and operational safety.

The winch system is optimized for high efficiency and durability, with a dual-piston hydraulic motor and a specially designed double broken-line rope groove. This design provides precise rope winding, prolonging rope service life and reducing operational costs. The slewing system features a swing bypass shut-off control valve, delivering smooth and accurate slewing movement.

The QY70VF chassis is co-developed with Weichai Power, featuring a special heavy-duty truck chassis with a high-torque, fuel-efficient engine. The steering system includes a limit unloading technology that automatically relieves pressure when the steering wheel reaches its limit position, preventing damage to steering components. The crane’s braking system is reinforced for increased safety and stability.

For operator convenience, the spacious cabin is designed for ergonomic comfort, with intelligent control panels, adjustable seating, and advanced air-conditioning. The new-generation pilot-operated joysticks and hydraulic proportional control system improve operational accuracy and responsiveness. The crane also integrates an improved PTO (Power Take-Off) system, ensuring safer and more reliable operation.

The safety features of the QY70VF are state-of-the-art, including a boom angle indicator, hoisting/lowering limit switch, hook latch, bidirectional hydraulic lock, balance valves, GPS monitoring, and 360° all-around protection. The emergency power cut-off button enhances safety during critical situations, while stabilized hydraulic pressure control ensures smooth and stable operation.
