Product Description
The SANY SRC8130C is a high-performance rough terrain crane designed to tackle heavy lifting tasks across a wide range of construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects. With a maximum lifting capacity of 130 US tons (118 metric tons) at a 3.05-meter radius, the SRC8130C delivers powerful performance with a fully extended boom length of 49 meters (161 feet), plus an optional 18-meter (59 feet) two-section fly jib for added reach. The crane is equipped with a five-section U-shaped boom that utilizes a double-cylinder telescoping system with a rope mechanism for smooth, precise extension and retraction. The boom extends and retracts in 160 and 175 seconds respectively, while luffing occurs in just 67 seconds.
Powered by a Cummins QSL9 engine rated at 321 hp (239 kW) at 2,200 rpm and producing 1,424 Nm (1,050 ft-lb) of torque, the SRC8130C offers strong lifting power and fuel efficiency, with an impressive fuel consumption rate of 3.6 mpg (65 L/100 km). The engine meets Tier 4 Final (T4F) emissions standards, ensuring environmental compliance without sacrificing performance.
The crane’s fully electronic control system offers an operator-friendly interface for smooth functionality, precise control, and easy troubleshooting. It provides advanced features such as real-time operational diagnostics, a dynamic load moment indicator, and programmable height limiters to enhance safety and performance on the job site.
The SRC8130C’s winch system provides a high maximum lifting speed of 135 m/min (442 ft/min) on the main winch and 125 m/min (410 ft/min) on the auxiliary winch, delivering fast, efficient operation. The maximum slewing speed is 1.78 rpm, supported by a dynamic swing brake system for excellent control and inching performance.
Maneuverability is another key feature of the SRC8130C, with a minimum turning radius of just 9.7 meters (31’10”) in four-wheel steer mode, making it well-suited for tight job sites. The crane also offers a high ground clearance of 510 mm (20 inches), approach and departure angles of 19° and 15°, and a braking distance of 6.5 meters (21’4”) at 12 mph.
The outrigger system is designed for quick setup, with full extension and retraction times of 20 and 25 seconds respectively, and lifting/lowering times of 30 and 45 seconds. The outrigger span is 8.54 meters (28 feet) in the vertical direction and 8.52 meters (27’11”) in the longitudinal direction, ensuring stability during lifts.
With a gross weight of 77,016 kg (169,791 lbs), the SRC8130C is built to handle heavy-duty lifts while maintaining stability and efficiency. The crane’s modular design allows for easier transport with the auxiliary hoist, counterweights, and front/rear outrigger boxes removable for transport, reducing the crane’s transport weight to 52.5 tons, which complies with transportation regulations.
Overall, the SANY SRC8130C offers a powerful combination of high lifting capacity, advanced hydraulic and electronic systems, and superior mobility, making it an ideal choice for heavy lifting operations in rough terrain environments.
