Product Description
The XCMG XCR75U is a robust 75 US ton rough terrain crane designed to perform heavy lifting tasks in various industries, such as construction, mining, and oil fields. The crane features a five-section, U-shaped cross-section telescoping boom that extends from 38.7 feet to a maximum of 147.6 feet. The boom is supported by a double-cylinder rope telescoping mechanism, providing a smooth and reliable operation. For extended reach, a two-section lattice jib is available, ranging from 30.2 feet to 52.5 feet, with offset angles of 0°, 15°, and 30° to enhance versatility.
The XCR75U is powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 in-line six-cylinder diesel engine, delivering 260 horsepower at 2,200 rpm and a maximum torque of 728 lb-ft at 1,500 rpm. The engine meets U.S. EPA Tier 4F emission standards, ensuring reduced environmental impact while providing reliable power. The fuel tank has a capacity of approximately 80.5 gallons, supporting extended operating hours. The crane’s hydraulic system is equipped with a dual-variable displacement pump, which drives hoisting, slewing, and telescoping operations. The system also includes a load-sensitive proportional multi-way valve for precise control. The hydraulic oil tank has a capacity of 295.7 gallons, allowing for efficient cooling and system performance.
Constructed with high-strength fine-grained steel, the crane’s frame features a welded torsion-resistant design that offers high load-bearing capacity. The XCR75U is stabilized by four hydraulically controlled H-shaped outriggers, which can be extended to different positions to adapt to various ground conditions. The crane’s front axle is rigidly connected to the frame, while the rear axle is equipped with swing hydraulic suspension, providing cushioning during travel on rough terrain. The rear suspension can also be locked in a rigid state to ensure stability when traveling with a suspended load.
The XCR75U’s steering system is highly versatile, featuring multiple steering modes, including front axle independent steering, tight turning radius steering, crab steering, and rear axle independent steering. This flexibility allows the crane to maneuver effectively in tight or confined job sites. The braking system is composed of a dual-circuit hydraulic disc brake for effective stopping, supplemented by a spring-loaded parking brake and an independent hydraulic-released disc brake for each axle.
The crane’s slewing system consists of a single-row four-point ball bearing, driven by a hydraulic motor with a planetary gear reducer. It allows for 360° continuous rotation, providing smooth and precise positioning. The main and auxiliary winch systems are driven by hydraulic motors through planetary gear reducers, ensuring stable lifting performance across different load conditions.
The operator’s cab of the XCR75U is ergonomically designed for comfort and safety, featuring a tiltable structure, sliding door, adjustable seat, and large safety glass windows for enhanced visibility. The cab is equipped with heating and air conditioning for all-weather operation, and a sunshade is provided for the windshield and roof windows. For added convenience, the cab includes 12V and 24V power outlets.
Safety features include a load moment indicator (LMI), hydraulic balance and relief valves, anti-two block systems, and a lowering limiter to prevent rope over-releasing. The crane also incorporates a 360° turntable locking device for enhanced stability during operations.
The XCR75U comes with two counterweight configurations: a standard weight of 13,889.1 lbs and an optional weight of 19,841.6 lbs. Additionally, it is equipped with different hook blocks, including a 60 US ton and a 5.5 US ton block, allowing for a wide range of lifting tasks.
Overall, the XCMG XCR75U combines strong lifting capacity, advanced hydraulic technology, and versatile steering modes to provide a reliable solution for rough terrain lifting operations.
