Zoomlion ZRT300

The Zoomlion ZRT300 is a robust and versatile 30-ton rough terrain crane designed for dynamic lifting performance in a variety of working conditions, from construction sites to industrial and infrastructure projects. As a compact and highly mobile crane, the ZRT300 combines strong lifting capacity, off-road maneuverability, and operator-friendly controls, making it suitable for confined and challenging job sites.

The ZRT300 is fitted with a full-power, four-section boom that reaches a maximum length of 32 meters. In addition, it offers a jib extension of 8.3 meters, resulting in a total lifting height of up to 41 meters with jib. The boom is hydraulically extended and retracted for quick configuration changes. Its rated lifting capacity is 30 tonnes at 2.5-meter working radius, and the crane features excellent chart performance with enhanced lifting capabilities across its working range. The main hoisting mechanism achieves a maximum line speed of 125 m/min, supported by a 16mm diameter rope, ensuring fast, efficient lifting cycles.

Mobility is a standout feature of the ZRT300. Built on a two-axle, full-time 4WD chassis with large off-road tires, it can navigate difficult terrain with ease. The crane uses a Weichai WP6 engine producing 162 kW, paired with a Dana transmission system offering three forward and three reverse speeds. It boasts a maximum travel speed of 35 km/h and a gradeability of 55%, ensuring the crane can traverse steep and rugged slopes without issue.

For operation precision, the ZRT300 is equipped with electro-hydraulic proportional control and load-sensing hydraulic system, enhancing operational smoothness and responsiveness. The slewing system provides a continuous 360-degree rotation with a max slewing speed of 2.5 rpm. The crane also includes a counterweight of 3.5 tonnes, centrally mounted for stability.

The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed with wide visibility, an adjustable seat, and integrated air-conditioning for comfort in all weather. Safety features such as a load moment indicator (LMI), two-camera monitoring system, emergency stop functions, and anti-two block are standard. These ensure secure operation even under challenging conditions.
