Product Description
The Zoomlion ZRT700V532-1 rough terrain crane is engineered to deliver high lifting capacity, efficient mobility, and dependable performance across demanding job sites. Introduced as part of Zoomlion’s V5 series, this model brings a maximum rated lifting capacity of 70 tons at a 3-meter radius, targeting tasks in construction, oilfields, freight yards, and other confined work areas. It operates with excellent maneuverability due to its short wheelbase, wide tread, and four steering modes: front-wheel, rear-wheel, all-wheel, and crab steering.
The crane features a five-section U-shaped telescopic boom constructed from high-strength steel, ranging from 11.8 meters to 46 meters in length. The optional bi-fold lattice jib extends 9.5 or 16 meters and can be set at angles of 0°, 15°, or 30°, bringing the maximum lifting height up to 62 meters. The boom sections are extended via twin hydraulic cylinders and a rope retraction system, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
Power is provided by a Cummins QSB6.7 turbocharged diesel engine rated at 194 kW at either 2200 or 2400 rpm, with a peak torque of 990 Nm at 1500 rpm. The engine complies with Tier III emission standards and is coupled with a ZF automatic transmission offering 6 forward and 3 reverse gears, supported by a 4×4 drive configuration. The maximum driving speed is 37 km/h, and the crane offers a climbing gradient of up to 70%, allowing it to perform in off-road and hilly terrains.
The ZRT700V532-1 is equipped with a main and auxiliary winch system capable of rope speeds up to 145 m/min using 17 mm high-strength steel wire rope. The main winch holds 230 meters of rope, while the auxiliary carries 140 meters. Lifting is controlled via two joysticks in a side-mounted, single-operator cab, which also serves as the driving station. The cab meets ISO and ASME standards, includes climate control, and features ergonomic controls for operator comfort.
Stability is delivered through hydraulically controlled H-type outriggers with a maximum spread of 8300 mm longitudinally and 8200 mm laterally. These outriggers can also be operated in half or fully retracted configurations to suit constrained workspaces.
The crane weighs 43.8 tons, measures 14.42 meters in length, 3.3 meters in width, and 3.94 meters in height. It comes equipped with numerous safety features, including a load moment limiter, boom and hoist limiters, hydraulic locks and valves, slewing locks, and an emergency stop system. An intelligent display panel informs the operator of real-time parameters such as boom length, angle, lifting radius, load weight, and system pressures, contributing to enhanced operational awareness and safety.
Overall, the ZRT700V532-1 delivers a combination of power, flexibility, and safety, making it a highly capable choice for complex lifting operations in variable terrains.
