Product Description
The HDTC110 from Hunan Holdings Heavy Industry is a high-capacity telescopic crawler crane, purpose-built for operations in areas where conventional mobile cranes struggle. Designed to provide high ground clearance, low ground pressure, and strong hoisting power, it performs exceptionally in sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, civil infrastructure, and logistics terminals.
This machine delivers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 110 tons at a 3-meter radius, with a lifting moment of 4,290 kN·m at the base boom and 1,690 kN·m at full boom extension. The six-section telescopic main boom spans from 12.6 to 55 meters, and with a 7.5 to 11.5 meter jib, it can reach a total lifting height of 66.5 meters. The boom can luff from -2° to +80°, and the upper structure offers 360° continuous slewing.
High-performance hoisting is achieved with main and auxiliary winches delivering speeds of 130 m/min and 123 m/min, respectively. Boom extension and retraction take approximately 135 and 120 seconds, while elevation and lowering operations take 80 and 90 seconds, respectively. Slewing speeds are variable up to 1.8 rpm, allowing fine control under load.
The HDTC110 is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9-C325 diesel engine, generating 242 kW at 2100 rpm with a peak torque of 1385 Nm at 1500 rpm. This engine supports a hydrostatic drive system, employing A6VE160 travel motors and CTU31500 reduction gears, delivering travel speeds up to 2 km/h and a gradeability of 25°.
With 900 mm wide track shoes, the crawler system maintains a ground pressure of 0.1 MPa, suitable for soft or unstable surfaces. It features both narrow (2,600 mm) and wide (4,200 mm) track gauge configurations, with a track center distance of 5,600 mm and ground clearance of 455 mm. These characteristics enhance site stability and maneuverability.
Dimensions vary slightly depending on whether the auxiliary winch is installed:
- Without auxiliary winch: 13.9 m (L) × 3.5 m (W) × 3.4 m (H)
- With auxiliary winch: 14.59 m (L) × 3.5 m (W) × 3.4 m (H)
Operating weight totals 105,000 kg, including 32,000 kg of counterweights and 8,000 kg x 2 of carrier ballast. The crane features a large 1,050-liter hydraulic tank operating at 25 MPa pressure and 620 L/min flow, and a 500-liter fuel tank for extended operational endurance.
The HDTC110 is suitable for a broad range of lifting tasks, from installing large industrial components and assembling structures to handling heavy loads in remote locations. Its integrated safety features, including overload protection, operational diagnostics, and high-performance hydraulic controls, ensure reliable and safe lifting performance across all conditions.
