Potain MD 365 B L16

The Potain MD 365 B L16 hammerhead tower crane is built to meet the demands of large-scale construction projects requiring superior lifting capacity and structural stability. This model supports a maximum lifting capacity of 16 tonnes, with impressive reach capabilities—up to 75 meters of jib length. Even at extended radii, it maintains strong lifting performance, with a tip load capacity ranging from 2.7 tonnes at maximum reach to 8 tonnes at shorter radii.

This crane operates on a 2 m x 2 m mast system and is compatible with a variety of anchor and chassis configurations, including the ZX 6830 base and the V60A and V63A mast bases. It can be configured to achieve freestanding hook heights above 90 meters and can be further extended with appropriate tie-ins and anchoring.

Equipped with the 75 LVF 40 Optima or 100 LVF 40 Optima hoisting winches, the MD 365 B L16 offers hoisting speeds ranging from 34 to 116 meters per minute, depending on the load and configuration. These winches allow the crane to work efficiently in high-rise and fast-paced job sites. Slewing is managed via the RVF 172 Optima+ system, offering precise and smooth rotational control with speeds up to 0.7 rpm.

The crane adheres to FEM 1.001-A3 standards and integrates safety features and modular assembly elements, including Ultra View cab for operator comfort and enhanced control. Designed for logistical efficiency, it can be transported using 40-foot High Cube containers or 20-foot flat racks.
