Potain Igo 32

The Potain Igo 32 is a flexible, mid-range self-erecting crane that balances lifting performance with site efficiency. With a maximum load capacity of 4,000 kg, this crane is well-suited for residential and light commercial construction. It features three standard jib configurations—20 m, 25 m, and 30 m, offering tip loads of up to 1,100 kg at full reach. The boom can be set at flat, 8°, or 20° inclination, allowing adaptation to site geometry and optimizing height clearance.

The Igo 32 supports a maximum hook height of approximately 23.7 meters with a horizontal jib and over 29 meters when the jib is inclined. Its base dimension is 3.5 m x 4.42 m, maintaining a compact footprint for constrained work sites. The crane’s hydraulic erection system ensures a fast and smooth setup without additional lifting equipment, which is ideal for projects with frequent relocation or short durations.

Its hoisting system, the 15 LVF 10 Optima, delivers speeds from 3.6 to 66.5 m/min depending on load and motor configuration, and its 3 DVF 5 trolleying mechanism reaches up to 41 m/min. Slewing is handled by the RVF 31 Optima+ system, with variable speeds up to 0.8 rpm, providing efficient load handling and precise positioning. Electrical power requirements are moderate at 14 to 15 kVA, with compatibility for 400V/50Hz and 480V/60Hz networks.

The Igo 32 includes SmartCom features and supports anti-collision and zoning systems, offering enhanced safety and operator control. It complies with EN 14439 C25-D25 / C50-D50 and FEM 1.001-A3 standards, ensuring structural integrity and global regulatory acceptance.

Transport is streamlined with optional trailer configurations and road permits for 25 km/h or 80 km/h travel speeds depending on the transport system used. Its modular counterweights and folding structure allow for rapid mobilization across multiple sites.
