The Liebherr LTM 1100/2 features a self-manufactured frame that is weight-optimized and constructed using high-tensile structural steel with a torsion-resistant box-type design. Powering this model is an 8-cylinder Daimler-Benz OM 444 TE diesel engine, which delivers a substantial 400 kW (544 hp) at 2000 min^-1. The crane’s mobility is facilitated by a ZF 16-speed gear box with an automatic control system and full reservoir, paired with a lockable transfer differential.
