Liebherr LTM 1200N-1

The Liebherr LTM 1200N-1 is a powerful 200-ton capacity all terrain crane designed for demanding lifting tasks in infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects. Its main boom ranges from 13.3 meters to a maximum of 60 meters, consisting of a 6-section telescopic structure. The crane is equipped with an optional folding jib that can extend between 12.2 to 36 meters, enabling a maximum lifting height of 59 meters with the main boom and 102 meters with jib extensions.

The superstructure is powered by a 4-cylinder Liebherr D924TI-E diesel engine, delivering 245 HP at 1,800 rpm and 1,080 Nm of torque at 1,150 rpm. Both main and auxiliary winches support a line pull of 10.5 tons and operate at hoisting speeds of up to 135 m/min. Rotation is smooth and responsive with a swing speed of up to 1.6 rpm.

Mounted on a 5-axle carrier, the crane offers excellent roadability with a maximum speed of 80 km/h. The carrier features the Liebherr D9408TI-E diesel engine, delivering 544 HP at 2,000 rpm and a peak torque of 2,500 Nm. It uses a ZF transmission system, allowing for reliable power transfer and efficient mobility across job sites. The suspension system is hydro-pneumatic, ensuring comfort and stability on uneven terrain, while the all-axle steering allows for a minimum turning radius of 9.9 meters.

For lifting safety and precision, the LTM 1200N-1 includes LICCON (Liebherr Computed Control), which digitally displays real-time load data, boom length, radius, and more. The crane’s hook blocks are available in configurations from 10 tons up to 200 tons, utilizing up to 9 sheaves for maximum line pull. Rope diameter used on both main and auxiliary winches is 23 mm with lengths up to 280 meters.
