Key Features & Benefits

The Sany SAC1800 all-terrain crane combines impressive lifting performance, high-speed travel capability, and advanced intelligent control, making it a versatile tool for heavy-lift construction and industrial projects. This 180-ton crane is equipped with a six-section telescopic boom measuring up to 97 meters, built from fine-grain high-strength steel with a U-shaped cross-section for enhanced structural stability and reduced weight. With a maximum lifting height of 97.5 meters and a maximum lifting capacity of 180 tons, the SAC1800 delivers exceptional strength and reach.

The crane features an automatically adjustable luffing jib with an infinite variable range from 0° to 40°, allowing rapid and efficient transitions between operating conditions. Its hydraulic system uses SANY’s self-developed dual-pump converging/diversion main valve, delivering up to 520 liters per minute in single-action mode for fast performance and employing a combined-action dual-pump diversion system for stable, precise control during multi-function operation. An electric proportional variable displacement piston pump ensures high-accuracy flow control, improving energy efficiency and operational precision.

The SAC1800’s five-axle chassis incorporates multi-mode braking systems and a bar feedback hydraulic power steering system combined with electrohydraulic control, providing excellent maneuverability and travel performance even in challenging site conditions. Axles 1, 2, 4, and 5 are drive axles, while all axles steer, enhancing stability and control. Tipping early-warning technology further improves operational safety by providing real-time alerts when stability limits approach.

The crane’s intelligent electronic control system uses a distributed data communication network and a comprehensive suite of sensors to deliver continuous real-time feedback, ensuring that the operator is always aware of the machine’s status. The ergonomic cab features a user-friendly human-computer interface that displays operational data, diagnostics, and control customization options.

Combining powerful lifting capabilities, efficient hydraulic technology, advanced safety systems, and high-speed road performance, the SANY SAC1800 offers a complete solution for lifting tasks requiring precision, flexibility, and reliability.
