Product Description
The SANY SAC3000 represents a new generation of high-capacity all-terrain cranes combining power, reach, and intelligent systems for demanding lifting tasks. Built on a six-axle chassis with six driving modes and four braking modes, it provides stable and reliable travel performance, incorporating tipping-over early-warning technology for enhanced safety on site.
Under the hood, the crane carrier is driven by a V8 diesel engine producing 440 kW at 1,800 rpm, compliant with Euro IV emission standards. This robust powertrain allows the SAC3000 to achieve speeds up to 80 km/h while ensuring smooth handling with its advanced suspension and braking systems. A separate inline six-cylinder superstructure engine rated at 205 kW powers the crane’s operational functions, ensuring precise and efficient hydraulic movements.
The main boom of the SAC3000 is a seven-section, U-shaped design extending from 15.4 meters to 80 meters using a single-cylinder automatic pin system for seamless telescoping. Paired with a fixed jib extendable to 42 meters, the crane reaches a maximum lifting height of 112 meters, with infinite variable luffing angles from 0° to 40°, enabling rapid transitions between lift configurations and efficient operation across a wide range of job conditions.
Its hydraulic system features self-developed dual-pump converging/diversion technology, which combines fast single-action operation with stable combined-action control. An electric proportional variable displacement piston pump ensures real-time adjustment of flow and precision control, reducing energy loss and boosting overall efficiency. High-speed winches deliver a maximum rope speed of 130 m/min, while the luffing system allows for fast lowering at large angles and precise slow lowering at small angles.
Incorporating advanced electronics, the SAC3000 uses a distributed bus data communication network, numerous high-precision sensors, and a real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis system. The operator cab features a panoramic sunroof, ergonomic seating, and an intuitive control interface integrating the load moment limiter, superstructure condition displays, and CAN-bus-linked diagnostics, improving safety and user experience.
Stability during heavy lifts is assured by modular counterweights with configurations from 14 tons up to 100 tons, which can be installed or removed using remote-controlled systems. The superlift device, self-assembled without auxiliary cranes, increases lifting capacity by over 200% and reduces boom deflection by up to 30% in long-boom applications.
Overall, the SAC3000 blends strength, technological sophistication, and safety-focused design, making it ideal for large infrastructure projects, wind turbine erection, industrial plant installation, and heavy construction where reliability and capacity are paramount.
