Product Description
The Aichi F-304 is a lightweight truck-mounted crane designed for practical, everyday lifting operations in construction, utility, and light industrial applications. It offers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 2.9 tons on the main boom and 1.0 ton on the auxiliary boom, with a crane capacity of 2.9 x 3.5 ton-meter (main) and 1.0 x 7.0 ton-meter (auxiliary). With outriggers fully extended, it achieves a maximum lifting height of 14.0 meters (main) and 18.2 meters (auxiliary), with maximum working radii of 12.9 meters (main) and 17.3 meters (auxiliary).
The boom system includes a main boom with a length ranging from 5.64 to 13.64 meters and an auxiliary boom extending from 5.94 to 17.94 meters. The boom elevation angle ranges from -7° to 80°, with elevation speeds of 25 seconds upward and 17 seconds downward. Boom extension and retraction are fast and efficient, with stroke lengths of 8.0 meters (main) and 4.0 meters (auxiliary). The extension and retraction speeds reach 17.7 m/min and 40.0 m/min respectively.
The hook system includes two main winches for the main boom and one for the auxiliary, with hook lifting speeds of 25 m/min (main) and 50 m/min (auxiliary) at 1600 rpm pump speed, enabling rapid hoisting cycles. Outriggers provide stable support, with extension widths from 1680 mm to 3580 mm and jack stroke lengths of 950 mm and 450 mm, ensuring a solid operational base on varied surfaces.
Safety features include hydraulic safety valves, over-winding prevention devices, boom angle safety locks, and automatic shutdown systems to prevent overloads. Standard equipment enhances operator convenience and functionality, including tire chocks, working lights, a mounted toolbox, a radio, heater, fan, jack base, and floor mat.
Built on a chassis rated in the 2.75–3.0 ton class, the Aichi F-304 combines moderate lifting performance, safety systems, and ease of operation, making it well-suited for utility maintenance, residential construction, and general light-duty lifting tasks in urban environments.
