Product Description

The Sany QY130 truck crane is built for large-scale and high-performance lifting applications, featuring a maximum rated lifting capacity of 130 tons. Its boom system includes a six-section telescopic main boom with a maximum length of 61 meters, allowing excellent vertical reach and load handling flexibility. Supplemented by a 20-meter jib, the crane can achieve a maximum lifting height of approximately 82.2 meters, supporting complex and tall structure installations.

This crane is mounted on a 5-axle (10×6) heavy-duty carrier, offering optimal balance between highway speed and off-road capability. It is powered by a high-performance Cummins diesel engine producing 324 kW (approximately 434 HP), paired with a manual 9-speed transmission that supports a maximum travel speed of 75 km/h and gradeability up to 38%, ensuring excellent mobility across work sites.

The lifting system employs dual winches—main and auxiliary—driven by variable displacement axial piston hydraulic motors. These winches deliver high hoisting speeds up to 130 m/min, with strong line pull for efficient lifting cycles. The slewing system uses a hydraulic motor and planetary gear reducer to provide smooth 360° rotation, supporting precision placement and control.

Stability is achieved with hydraulically controlled H-type outriggers, extending to a maximum footprint of 7.4 meters longitudinally and 7.5 meters transversely, ensuring a stable lifting platform even at full extension. The superstructure includes a removable counterweight system with a total mass of 40 tons, enhancing lifting stability and adaptability for transport.

The operator’s cabin features ergonomic controls and advanced safety systems including Sany’s SYMC load moment limiter, which provides real-time monitoring of boom angle, lifting radius, load weight, and operating limits. The crane is also equipped with electronic safety interlocks, overspeed alarms, and emergency stop functions to enhance safety during all phases of operation.

With its combination of heavy lifting power, long boom reach, and advanced control systems, the Sany QY130 is ideally suited for major infrastructure projects, plant installations, and heavy equipment erection in both urban and remote environments.
