Zoomlion QY80V

The Zoomlion QY80V is a high-performance 80-ton truck-mounted hydraulic crane, engineered for efficient lifting, precise load control, and excellent maneuverability. It features a five-section telescopic boom, constructed with low-alloy high-strength steel, ensuring exceptional durability and load-bearing capacity. The boom extends up to 44.2 meters, and when equipped with the fly jib (maximum length 16 meters), the total lifting height reaches 60.2 meters, providing a significant working range for various lifting tasks.

One of the key advantages of the QY80V is its fast boom operation. With an industry-leading boom derricking time of 57 seconds and an extension time of 107 seconds, the crane ensures quick deployment and high operational efficiency. Unlike traditional sequential telescoping methods, the QY80V utilizes free telescoping + sequential telescoping technology, allowing for faster and smoother boom extension, which improves lifting performance and flexibility.

The slewing mechanism features an exclusive swing bypass shut-off control system, ensuring smooth and precise rotation for micro-positioning accuracy. The winch system is designed for efficiency, with a single-rope speed of 135 m/min, a larger rope diameter (20mm) for increased strength, and higher hook lifting speeds of 11.25 m/min, surpassing industry standards. The four-point ball-bearing slewing system ensures smooth operation and extended service life.

For structural stability, the QY80V incorporates a U-type boom profile, which enhances torsional rigidity and reduces deflection under heavy loads. The crane’s H-type outriggers offer superior load distribution, greater transverse and longitudinal spans (7600×6000 mm), and improved overall vehicle stability, making it more secure during high-load lifting operations.

The crane is built on a specially designed heavy-duty chassis, jointly developed by Zoomlion and Weichai Power, featuring an advanced powertrain that delivers high torque at low speeds with improved fuel efficiency. The steering system includes a limit unloading mechanism that automatically reduces pressure in critical conditions, improving steering performance and reducing mechanical stress.

For operator convenience, the spacious, ergonomically designed cab includes high-precision control systems, an adjustable seat, an improved safety panel, and special air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The intelligent PTO (Power Take-Off) system ensures reliable and efficient operation, while advanced joystick controls and electro-hydraulic proportional valves enhance accuracy and responsiveness.
