Product Description

The SANY SRC300T is a powerful and compact 30-ton class rough terrain crane, purpose-built for operations in tight, uneven, and demanding work environments. Designed with mobility, lifting precision, and operational ease in mind, the SRC300T delivers strong performance across construction, oilfield, and industrial maintenance applications.

At the heart of the crane is a Cummins QSB6.7 turbocharged diesel engine, producing 154 kW (206 hp) at 2,200 rpm, compliant with Tier 3 emission standards. This engine drives a Dana 6-speed automatic transmission and Kessler 2-speed transfer case, providing smooth power delivery to all four wheels. With 4×4 drive and all-wheel steering, the crane excels in rough terrain navigation. Its gradeability of 70% and minimum turning radius of 6.1 meters give it outstanding maneuverability on challenging terrain.

The main boom is a five-section, full-power telescopic boom constructed from high-tensile steel, capable of extending from 11.3 meters to 35 meters. When paired with an optional 8-meter jib, the crane achieves a maximum lifting height of 44 meters, offering enhanced reach and flexibility for elevated lifts. The boom sections are U-shaped for optimal strength-to-weight ratio and operate via a synchronized telescopic system for smooth and rapid extension.

The maximum rated lifting capacity of the SRC300T is 30 metric tons, and it can operate at a maximum working radius of 37 meters. Both the main and auxiliary winches are powered by hydraulic axial piston motors, with each capable of a line speed of up to 125 m/min and equipped with grooved drums to manage up to 190 meters of 16 mm wire rope. This ensures precise load handling at a variety of heights and radii.

To ensure operational safety and control, the SRC300T is equipped with a Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system that feeds real-time data to the operator via a touchscreen monitor. This includes load weight, boom angle and length, and radius, ensuring safe lifting within the crane’s rated capacity. The operator’s cab is fully enclosed, air-conditioned, and mounted on a hydraulic tilting platform to enhance upward visibility during elevated lifts.

The crane is supported during lifting by four hydraulic outriggers with double-stage telescopic beams and jacks, extending up to 6.4 meters transversely and 6.3 meters longitudinally. These outriggers provide exceptional stability and can be automatically leveled for quick setup on uneven terrain.

The hydraulic system features a dual gear-type pump configuration with load-sensing control, delivering responsive operation for simultaneous multi-function lifting. Operating pressure is rated at 28 MPa, and the system is designed for long service life with filtered return lines and full-flow filters with replaceable elements.

With its robust design, modern controls, and high mobility, the SANY SRC300T stands out in the 30-ton rough terrain crane class. It combines strong lifting performance with rugged off-road capability and operator comfort, making it a highly capable machine for lifting operations where space is tight and terrain is unpredictable.
