The Zoomlion ZRT500V432 is a high-performance rough terrain crane engineered to tackle lifting operations in tight, uneven, or off-road environments with confidence and safety. Its design emphasizes mobility, lifting versatility, and operational efficiency, making it a reliable choice for construction sites, oil fields, warehouses, freight yards, and logistics hubs. The crane integrates a compact yet robust chassis, a fully rotational superstructure, and advanced hydraulic and control systems to deliver superior lifting capabilities even in constrained workspaces.

This crane has a rated maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons at a 3-meter radius and can lift up to 38.2 meters with its fully extended main boom. The main boom itself spans from 10.9 to 36 meters and is constructed using high-strength steel in a 4-section U-type telescopic design. A two-section lattice jib provides an additional 9 meters of reach, with selectable offset angles of 0°, 15°, or 30°, pushing total lifting height to a maximum of 57.8 meters.

The crane’s driveline is powered by a Dongfeng or US Cummins QSB6.7 engine rated at 194 kW (either at 2200 or 2400 rpm), paired with a DANA 6-forward/3-reverse transmission. The drive system supports 4×2 and 4×4 modes, and the axles—supplied by Meritor—are mated to high-flotation 23.5-25-32PR tires for off-road capability. This setup supports a maximum driving speed of 38 km/h and a superior gradeability of 79%, enabling it to traverse difficult terrains with heavy loads. The hydraulic system operates at a rated pressure of 28 MPa and includes a 760-liter hydraulic oil tank for continuous operation.

The ZRT500V432 also supports advanced mobility through four steering modes—front-wheel, rear-wheel, four-wheel, and crab steering—offering exceptional maneuverability. Its braking system includes hydraulically controlled caliper disc brakes for service braking and a hydraulically released parking brake for safety. The outriggers are H-type with hydraulic control, featuring multi-position deployment options (fully extended, half-extended, or retracted), providing a full spread of 7600 mm x 7500 mm.

Control is centralized in a single cab that doubles as both the operator’s and driver’s station, outfitted with air conditioning, ergonomic seating, dual joysticks, and an integrated Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI) system. This system provides real-time feedback on boom angle, load, radius, lifting height, and slew angle, and engages automatic safeguards when overload conditions are detected. The crane includes standard safety devices such as anti-two-block (hoist limiter), lowering limiters, emergency stop, and boom angle indicators.
