Product Description
The Zoomlion ZRT600V532-1 rough terrain crane, introduced in the mid-2010s, combines heavy-duty performance with transportable flexibility, specifically engineered for challenging terrain conditions. It boasts a lifting capacity of 60,000 kg at a 3-meter working radius and achieves a maximum lifting height of 61.6 meters when equipped with both its telescopic boom and jib. The main boom itself consists of five U-type high-strength steel sections, offering lengths from 11.7 to 45.5 meters, and the jib extends from 9.5 to 16 meters with 0°, 15°, and 30° fixed angles, mounted laterally for transport efficiency.
Powering the crane is a Cummins QSB6.7 diesel engine delivering 194 kW at either 2200 rpm (Dongfeng) or 2400 rpm (US Cummins), compliant with Tier III emission standards. This engine supports a driving speed of up to 35 km/h through a DANA 6-forward/6-reverse gear transmission system, with selectable 4×2 and 4×4 drive modes. The crane’s suspension setup includes a rigid front axle and a flexible rear axle, complemented by a fully hydraulic steering system with multiple modes including front, rear, all-wheel, and crab steering for exceptional maneuverability.
The ZRT600V532-1 incorporates a 360° continuous slewing mechanism with a slewing speed of up to 2.5 rpm and advanced hydraulic controls using a variable axial piston motor. Its hoisting system supports a maximum rope speed of 145 m/min using high-strength, 17 mm diameter ropes. The main and auxiliary winches are identical in construction, promoting ease of maintenance and operation.
The superstructure is mounted on a rugged chassis with a 4100 mm wheelbase and a box-type high-strength steel frame. The crane is stabilized by H-type hydraulically controlled outriggers with a maximum spread of 7900 mm both longitudinally and transversely. For transport, the crane retains a manageable profile with dimensions of 14.4 meters in length, 3.2 meters in width, and 3.9 meters in height, and a total weight of 41 tons including counterweight and jib.
Advanced safety and operational features include a Hirschmann/Zoomlion load moment limiter system with full digital monitoring of boom parameters, lifting capacities, and operational boundaries. This ensures enhanced safety and precision during lifting operations, especially under variable or adverse working conditions.
