Product Description
The Zoomlion QAY800 is a powerful and versatile all-terrain crane with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 800,000 kg (800 tons). This makes it suitable for a range of heavy-duty lifting applications, including construction, infrastructure projects, and industrial installations. The crane’s main boom can be extended from 17.8 meters to an impressive 91.3 meters, providing substantial reach and height for complex lifting tasks. Additionally, it is equipped with a luffing jib that extends between 15 and 69 meters, enhancing its operational flexibility and enabling extended reach in various configurations.
With a maximum load moment of 24,000 kNm, the QAY800 is designed to handle heavy loads with stability and precision. The main winch hoist rope can operate at speeds of up to 125 meters per minute, allowing efficient lifting operations even at higher elevations. The crane’s boom extension time is 20 minutes or more, and it features a boom derricking up time of at least 160 seconds, enabling smooth and controlled setup.
The QAY800 offers a slewing speed of up to 0.65 revolutions per minute, which allows for precise control during rotation. The crane is built on a robust chassis that can travel at speeds of up to 72 km/h, facilitating rapid transportation between job sites. It has a gradeability of 35%, which ensures it can navigate steep inclines, while a minimum turning diameter of 29 meters allows for maneuverability even in tighter spaces. The ground clearance of 306 mm and a brake distance of 10 meters at 30 km/h contribute to its safety and efficiency during travel.
Designed to meet modern emission standards, the QAY800 conforms to National Stage IV regulations, ensuring reduced environmental impact. The crane’s deadweight in driving condition is 92,000 kg, with each axle bearing a load of 12,000 kg. It maintains stability during operations with an outrigger spread of 13 meters in both length and width, providing a solid foundation for heavy lifts.
In terms of dimensions, the QAY800 measures 19,980 mm in length, 3,000 mm in width, and 4,000 mm in height. It supports a main boom angle range from -0.6° to 83°, allowing for flexible positioning during lifts. The crane also features a fixed jib that can extend from 10 to 52 meters, with offset angles of 0°, 15°, or 30°, offering adaptability for various lifting scenarios. For enhanced stability during high-load lifts, the QAY800 is equipped with a “Y”-guying system, which helps stabilize the main boom and reduce sway.
The combination of its extensive reach, strong lifting capabilities, and advanced stability features makes the Zoomlion QAY800 a top choice for projects that demand high-performance equipment. With the ability to tackle complex lifts, long-reach tasks, and heavy loads, it is an ideal solution for contractors and operators working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
