Product Description

The Nippon Grove TMS3500 is a 35-ton class hydraulic truck crane engineered for flexibility, speed, and ease of transport. With a fully hydraulic telescopic boom that extends from 10.3 to 31.6 meters and an optional jib extension of either 9.3 or 15 meters, the crane achieves a maximum lifting height of up to 46 meters when configured with the longest boom and jib combination. This versatility makes the TMS3500 ideal for mid-scale lifting applications in both urban and general construction environments.

Lifting performance is well distributed across its configurations, with a maximum rated load of 35 tons at a 3-meter radius using the 10.3-meter boom. With the boom fully extended to 31.6 meters, the crane can still lift 10.1 tons at 8 meters. When using the 9.3-meter jib at a 78° angle, it can lift up to 4.5 tons, while the 15-meter jib in the same position handles up to 2.7 tons. Boom elevation ranges from -3° to 80°, reaching maximum elevation in 55 seconds.

The crane offers four rope speed settings to suit various lifting scenarios: 50, 80, 100, and 160 meters per minute. Swing operations are smooth, with a slewing speed of 1.9 rpm, and both boom hoisting and extension are powered by hydraulic cylinders equipped with pressure lock systems for safe and controlled movement. The slewing system is driven by hydraulic motors and supported by both disc and foot-operated brakes for added safety.

Built on a Nissan K050T 8×4 chassis, the TMS3500 is powered by a Nissan RDB280 diesel engine producing 280 PS at 2,500 rpm. It can travel at speeds up to 70 km/h, with a gradeability of 0.31 tan(θ). Despite its lifting capacity, the crane maintains a compact footprint, measuring 13.39 meters in length, 2.74 meters in width, and 3.50 meters in height, with a total operating weight of approximately 35 tons.

Safety features include an optional electronic moment limiter, hook and boom overwind protection, rope disengagement preventers, and holding valves integrated into all major hydraulic systems. Four hydraulic H-type outriggers provide stable support during lifts, and the vehicle includes a range of operational aids such as load indicators, automatic brakes, and winch locking systems.

In all, the TMS3500 delivers a well-rounded package of performance, maneuverability, and operator safety, making it an efficient and reliable crane for a wide range of lifting tasks in dynamic jobsite conditions.
